★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and myself booked a freeride-Monday and thanks to Ski-Dome we had a great day.
The day we booked was in bad weather but they were so flexible that we were able to change to a later day when the weather was perfect. Martin was our instructor and he was AWESOME! He demonstrated the avalanche gear and guided us to fun paths in safe and professional ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just returned from a camp with Snow Camps Europe. Andy Rose was our Instructor but we met two other Instructors (Richie and Natalie) who took the other two groups I was with. They seemed excellent and everyone from the other groups were very pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lessons with Philline were great, however, we were EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with the customer service.
We were told that we could book a 3 hour lesson for 4 people at 10am, however, Chloe at the desk booked us in for 9am and we missed an hour of our lesson. We were told that we would be reimbursed for part of our lesson, however, we have returned from holiday over 6 weeks now, and we are still awaiting a refund. Do not take 'Cookie's' word for anything. She won't get back to you once they have received your cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly instructor but school organisation horrible. We had beginners course for our son and there is only one person for 8 kids…. Not effective, no organisation , children are bored and very sad - I am fully disappointed! We were running and supporting the instructor, helping kinds, we picked them up from the snow, supporting them on the standing lift. 3 days for nearly 300 euro …..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking for a proper board, and a reasonable price, I would never recommend this shop. I paid approx. 180 euro for 6 days rent (and that's even without boots!). The bindings of my board were horrible and the board itself was decorated with multiple dents. Other shops in Kaprun will lend you a similar board for 40-50 euro less.
Summarising the above: for these kind of prices you're better off buying your own board. Or, if that isn't possible, just go and rent your stuff somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 2 year old son had a great time in his 5 days at Bobo Bambini club. This programme is a really fun way to introduce young kids to the joys of the mountain environment, and you can rely on the caring staff to keep your child safe. Recommended for 2-3 year olds. Special thanks to Froukje who was wonderful with our son.
