★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mega gut, ich hatte eine kompliziertes Problem mit meinem Canyon Spectral am Steuersatz. Ich habe 10 Händler vorher gefragt und keiner konnte mir helfen. Hier wurde mir innerhalb von 30 Minuten mein Vorbau eingebaut. ??
Great, I had a complicated problem with my Canyon Spectral on the headset. I asked 10 dealers beforehand and none of them could help me. My stem was installed here within 30 minutes. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Nach nochmaliger Reklamation wurde die Felge soweit gangbar gemacht, dass man wenigstens wieder fahren kann.
Heute für ein älteres Fahrrad einen Mantel gebraucht. Angebot angenommen, diesen gleich aufziehen zu lassen. Bei Abholung bemerkt, dass das Rad total eiert und gleich reklamiert. Mit den Worten abgespeist: Das Lager sei kaputt, dies sei aber schon vorher gewesen. Wir sind vorher gefahren, da war alles noch in Ordnung, bis eben auf den Mantel, nun ist das Rad kaputt und fahruntauglich. Vielen Dank Bründl Sports
Update: After another complaint, the rim was made passable enough that you can at least drive again.
Used a coat for an older bike today. Offer accepted to have this wound up immediately. When I picked it up, I noticed that the bike was totally buzzing and immediately complained. With the words fobbed off: The warehouse was broken, but this was already before. We rode before, everything was fine, except for the coat, now the bike is broken and unfit to drive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe neue Pedale gebraucht, und nach einer Pumpe für die Gabel gefragt. Da hat man mir kurzerhand die Gabel aufgepumpt - Das ist Service vom Feinsten. Kann das Geschäft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde selbst sicher wieder dort einkaufen.
I needed new pedals and asked for a pump for the fork. So, without further ado, my fork was pumped up - that is service at its best. Can fully recommend the shop and will certainly shop there again myself.

We were helped well. Lots of information about snowboard equipment. When it later turned out that the bond was wrong - we were treated well and everything was renewed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, first-rate service. Stayed at the Weidmannsheil Aparthotel and had all our skis fully serviced/tuned overnight, dropped them off at the end of skiing day - they were better than new after the Brundl service. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Skis were ready the next morning for another day of epic skiing at Kitzsteinhorn. We'll be back in awesome Kaprun again.
