F	Fam Van Ham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quantity is more important for them than quality. One of the worst schools we have experienced in over 10 years of ski holidays. DO NOT BOOK HERE ! We arrived at the meeting point. It was extremely crowded. We spoke to some instructors and they told us they did not "expect" so many children. This is very strange since you must pre-register for courses so the organisation should know exactly how many children there are?! Clearly a miscommunication between instructors and management. It felt the management had to made-up for a bad season (due to covid) and just subscribed more children than they could handle. Quantity was clearly more important than quality for them. Because the children stayed with the instructors during noon, we had to buy lunch vouchers (12 Euro per meal) so the kids could eat something. We were shocked to hear from our kids that for 5 days in a row they had to eat a plate of potatoes without anything else. I would never book here again. The instructors were OK but the management is absolutely disgraceful.

A week before arriving I sent them an email to double check the exact timings and dates of the lessons for our 2 kids (9y and 12y old). I wanted to be sure that lessons would take place until Friday noon since my partner and I made plans for another activity and needed to make sure our kids were safe. I received a written confirmation by email that this was certainly the case. On Thursday evening we received an SMS from the instructor that there would be no lesson on Friday and that I should contact the management. I went to the office and showed them the confirmation email they had sent me. They simply said that it was a mistake. No excuses, even not a commercial gesture from the organisation to compensate for it. We had to cancel our planned activities. Everybody can make a mistake, but the least they could do is take responsibility. I would not recommend this school, you simply can't trust what they write. They day before they canceled even though I had asked for a confirmation by email.

We had him every day for 6 days for snowboarding lessons for our 6 year old daughter. She loved him,he made everything so fun and she progressed really well. Very happy. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you we had an amazing time ?

The lessons were well organised - good instructors, middle sized groups with personal attention to improve myself. At the end of the 4-day course was able to ski down blue slopes myself. Thank you for the great fun!
P	Paul Axford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ski school based in an excellent ski area which offers a wide range of pistes which will support beginner skiers and enough to challenge intermediates. The local Kitzsteinhorn glacier means that there is always good quality snow available even at the beginning and ends of the normal ski season. The all ski packages are great value as they include ski hire. My daughter had a great time skiing with Roseanna, and my wife really improved her confidence skiing with Duncan. Great and friendly instructors. Recommended.

Also appreciated how she showed us around all of Kaprun and the Glacier, and gave us tips on where to go on our own. The schools is very well organised and friendly. You can also rent skis there — it’s right by the main cabins/ski lockers that you can rent so really convenient.
B	Balint Deak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids went to ski school here, wnd it was a very good experience for them. All teachers are professional and young, and very patient with chuldren. You can book the equipment together with the course, which makes the whole thing very convenient.The kids got the foundations they needed and now can manage difficult tracks and enjoy skiing. I'm very satisfied and recommend Skischool Schermer to everybody.
