Das beunruhigendste: Mechaniker wusste anscheinen nicht wie eine R.A.T. Steckachse funktioniert und hat sie falsch eingebaut. Lebensgefährlich. Gott sei Dank, habe ich alles selbst überprüft. Das war der letzte Besuch. Einfach nur Schade. Very disappointed. No laundry, although paid for. Caught frame, tire and rim while lubricating the chain. Most disturbing: Mechanic didn't seem to know how an R.A.T. The quick-release axle works and has installed it incorrectly. Life threatening. Thank goodness I checked everything myself. That was the last visit. Just a shame.

Binnen drie kwartier probleem, een versleten voorblad, gevonden en opgelost. Beautiful shop with all accessories for the racing bike. Great help with shifting issues. Within 45 minutes problem, a worn front cover, found and solved.

Hier konnte ich eine Probefahrt machen, wurde professionell beraten und konnte als Einsteiger im Gravelsport Fragen stellen welche freundlich und geduldig beantwortet wurden. Außerdem wurde das Rad perfekt auf mich eingestellt. Ich war selten so zufrieden mit dem gebotenen Service. Weiter so! Here I was able to take a test drive, received professional advice and, as a beginner in gravel sport, was able to ask questions which were answered in a friendly and patient manner. Telefonischer Kontakt und die Beratung absolut top, zu jeder Zeit kompetente Auskunft erhalten. Rad online bestellt und schon nach zwei Tagen erhalten. So und nicht anders definiere ich einen top Bikeshop, perfekte Kundenberatung und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen (Lenkerumbau und das mit komplett innen verlegten Bremsleitungen).
