★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een service. We hadden vlak voor sluitingstijd een probleem met onze fiets. Deskundig personeel kwam kijken, verhielp probleem en wilde zelfs geen geld hebben, omdat het volgens hem een kleinigheid was. Nu hadden we gelukkig nog iets anders nodig. Dus inkoop bij deze fietsenzaak gedaan.
 What service. We had a problem with our bike just before closing time. Expert staff came to check, solved the problem and didn't even want money, because he thought it was a small thing. Fortunately, we needed something else now. So purchasing at this bicycle shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurden 3 Schrauben, die ich verloren habe, reingedreht: Dauer: 2,5 Tage. Kosten: 30,50€. Das ist mir einfach zu teuer. Meine (Stamm-)Radwekstatt in Salzburg schenkt mir solche Reparaturen
3 screws that I lost were screwed in: Duration: 2.5 days. Cost: € 30.50. It's just too expensive for me. My (regular) bike workshop in Salzburg gives me such repairs for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute dort mein Fahrrad gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Der Preis ein Hammer und der schnelle Service auch. Die Inhaber sind alle sehr sehr freundlich. Mein ausgesuchtes Zubehör wurde sofort montiert und ich bekam sogar einen Cafe. Werde jedes Jahr mein Service auf jedenfall bei Beinl machen.
I bought my bike there today and I am very happy with it. The price is awesome and so is the fast service. The owners are all very, very friendly. My selected accessories were installed immediately and I even got a cafe. I will definitely do my service at Beinl every year.

Perfect! Competent and friendly ... and within 15 minutes the problem was out of the world. Great bike repair shop. But there are also plenty of new bikes ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falsches Kettenschloss montiert, nebenbei die Kette auf 2 Glieder verbogen, der Chef selber nicht viel Ahnung, mit Räder aus Fernost mus man halt einige Monate warten war die Antwort. Ich bestelle hiermit nur noch im Internet und erspart mir Fährt und dumme Sprüche.
Wrong chain lock installed, incidentally the chain bent on 2 links, the boss himself doesn't have much of a clue, with bikes from the Far East you have to wait a few months was the answer. I hereby only order on the Internet and save me driving and stupid sayings.

I bought 2 years ago a bicycle(I specifically asked for one that is appropriate for my height, since I'm over 185cm) and last month when I went there to check for a new bicycle; in order to convince me to buy a new one, he pointed at my old bicycle and said, this is too small for your height.. This is just an example.. everytime that i need to repair something, I have the feeling that he is overpricing everything and a coworker(Austrian) told me the same thing about this place. So i definitely not recommend it.
