Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich , arrogant , respektlos und desinteressiert !!! Certainly the worst branch in Austria. Customer Service / Care = 0! The staff are rude, arrogant, disrespectful and uninterested !!!

Employees at the counter are often disinterested and not always friendly. The branch is otherwise very clean and devices work perfectly.
P	Philip Prager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal nett, Filiale sauber und neu. Nur die Firmenpolitik der Sparkasse Oberösterreich ist die falsche!!! Die Filiale ist eine Bargeldlos Bank!!! Geld einzahlen oder abheben nur über Automaten möglich und ist natürlich selber zu machen. Für was zahle ich eigendlich noch Gebühren für mein Konto wenn ich eh alles selber erledigen muss? Traurig und schlimm für unser älteren Mitmenschen. Staff nice, branch clean and new. Only the company policy of Sparkasse Oberösterreich is the wrong one !!! The branch is a cashless bank !!! Deposit money or withdraw only through vending machines and of course you have to do it yourself. For what do I actually pay fees for my account if I have to do everything myself anyway? Sad and bad for our older fellow man.

Mühlberghuber kann man wirklich nur empfehlen, freundlich, kompetent und sehr zuverlässig. No questions were left unanswered during the consultation. No other bank dealt with questions so professionally. In particular, Mr. Mühlberghuber can only be recommended, friendly, competent and very reliable.

Mein Kundenbetreuer Herr Mühlberghuber ist immer um eine schnelle Lösung bemüht und nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit für die Anliegen die man hat. Auch beim Empfang sind die Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und helfen einem wenn man Probleme hat. Ich kann diese Bank mit sehr gutem gewissen weiterempfehlen, auf weitere viele Jahre! I've been an avid customer for years. My customer advisor, Mr. Mühlberghuber, always tries to find a quick solution and takes a lot of time for any concerns that may arise. Also at the reception, the staff are always very friendly and help you if you have problems. I can recommend this bank with a very clear conscience, for many years to come!

Mein Berater Nino Wallechner ist nicht nur äußerst kompetent und freundlich, er ist auch immer sehr bemüht um seine Kunden. Er ist durch die Georg App gut erreichbar und Antwortet immer sehr schnell, so finden wir rasch einen Termin für meine Anliegen. Ich finde es toll, dass es ihm nicht nur ums Geld geht sondern auch um die Menschen (ist ja leider nicht selbstverständlich). Jeder Termin mit ihm macht auch Spaß und meine Wünsche werden stets bestens erfüllt. The team in this branch is super nice and helpful. Likewise, there is always an open ear for my wishes and concerns. My advisor, Nino Wallechner, is not only extremely competent and friendly, he is also always eager to serve his customers. He is easily accessible through the Georg app and always answers very quickly, so we can quickly find an appointment for my concerns. I think it's great that he's not only interested in the money but also in the people (unfortunately, that's not a matter of course). Every appointment with him is also fun and my wishes are always fulfilled in the best possible way.
