Man muss sich alles selber machen - Mitarbeiter können nicht mehr, als zu zeigen zu welchen Automaten man gehen muss.....

You have to do everything yourself - employees can not do more than to show which machines you have to go .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je nachdem, an welchen Mitarbeiter Sie geraten, (ich möchte den Namen hier nicht posten) ist die Bewertung zwischen 1 und 5 Sternen. Es kann passieren, dass Sie grottenschlecht bedient werden, wenn Fall 1 eintritt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Bank Austria! Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich mache grundsätzlich immer alles online, aber sobald ich in die Filiale komme wird mir auch jede Frage beantwortet.
Vor allem in der jetztigen Situation (Corona) ist es wichtig sich im Online Banking auszukennen, da hat die Bank auch ein großes Angebot was das betrifft, das finde ich sehr lobenswert!
I am very happy with Bank Austria! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always do everything online, but as soon as I get to the branch, every question is answered.
Especially in the current situation (Corona), it is important to be familiar with online banking, because the bank also has a wide range of offers, which I find very commendable!
