Von der unkooperativen Filialleiterin gab's kein Geld zurück trotz sehr guter Gründe denn meine Jacke ist relativ schlicht und die meisten anderen Produkte sind auf einen speziellen Kundenkreis zugeschnitten also was mach ich ich mit einer Gutschrift wenn Ich dafür nur eine Jacke mit Goldener KANI KANI Aufschrift erhalte. Und wie soll man den Produktionsfehler erkennen (die Füllung verrutscht bis zur Unkenntlichkeit der Form). Das ist nicht nur hässlich sondern auch kalt im Winter aber ich komme mit meiner kalten Jacke am Montag nochmal denn ich habe nix besseres zutun als in eurer kack Jacke krank zu werden und mit Verkäuferinnen zu diskutieren die den Umgang mit Erwachsenen Kunden nicht können . . Kein Geld eine Menge Nerven und Geld gelassen. Danke Snipes danke Fila und danke Frau Filialleiterin. FILA and Snipes don't believe in quality and customer service. The uncooperative branch manager gave no money back despite very good reasons because my jacket is relatively simple and most of the other products are tailored to a special customer group so what do I do with a credit if I only get a jacket with a golden KANI KANI label for it. And how should you recognize the production error (the filling slips until the shape is unrecognizable). It is not only ugly but also cold in winter but I will come back with my cold jacket on Monday because I have nothing better to do than get sick in your kack jacket and to discuss with salespeople who cannot deal with adult customers. , No money left a lot of nerves and money. Die zwei Mitarbeiter waren nicht bereit, dass sie ein Verkaufsgespräch starten und bekam auch keine Hilfe! Wenn man Fragen zum Produkt hat, dann bekommt man eine blöde Antwort! Werde nie wieder kommen!!! Werde dieses Geschäft niemanden weiterempfehlen!!! Was in the store today and I've never seen such unfriendly staff! Alles war sehr locker hab auch die ganze irgenwie grinsen müssen. Ich komm aus dem dorf dass kenn ich so nicht im alltag, Kleidungstil Top! Alles Top! Freu mich auf den nächsten Besuch. Today I was in the Snipes, I came in and the two employees were super friendly! Everything was very easy and had to grin somehow. Jänner betrat ich Ihre Filiale und war von dem unfreundlichen und bewegungslosen Personal schockiert! Weder eine Begrüßung, noch ein Versuch jeglicher Beratung. Als ich den Versuch startete Ihre zwei Mitarbeiter zu begrüßen, kam es mir so vor, als würde ich die beiden bei einem Gespräch stören. Ich werde NIE wieder diese Filiale besuchen.
