Ich rief an, und fragte nach, ob er mir mein mein "altes" (gesprungenes) Handy gegen einen Aufpreis übernimmt. Ja. Ich kam ins Geschäft, und wurde freundlich begrüßt. Sehr nett. Er packte das neue originalverpackte Gerät mit mir aus, updatete das Gerät und überspielte die Daten. Die Wartezeit wurde mit einem Kaffee und einem netten Gespräch sehr angenehm gestaltet. Er bot mir unaufdringlich eine (originale) Iphone Hülle und ein Panzerglas an, was er gekonnt ohne Blasen und Staubeinschlüsse montierte. Obwohl ich ein "Online-Shopping-Typ" bin, war ich vom persönlichen Besuch begeistert. Der Preis vom Handy und von der Hülle hält ohne weiteres mit der Onlinekonkurrenz mit, bzw. war sogar etwas günstiger. Das Service (und der Kaffee) waren gratis. Dankeschön. The "Handyklinik" has offered a new Apple Iphone at a very good price via the Willhaben platform. I called and asked if he would take over my "old" (cracked) cell phone for an extra charge. Yes. I came into the shop and was greeted warmly. Very nice. He unpacked the new, originally packaged device with me, updated the device and transferred the data. The waiting time was made very pleasant with a coffee and a nice chat. He unobtrusively offered me an (original) iphone case and a bulletproof glass, which he skillfully assembled without bubbles and dust inclusions. Although I am an "online shopping guy", I was enthusiastic about the personal visit. The price of the cell phone and the case easily keeps up with the online competition, or was even a little cheaper. The service (and coffee) were free. Thank you very much.

Es stellte sich jedoch heraus, das absolut minderwertige Bauteile verbaut wurden und das Handy innerhalb weniger Tage defekt war. Seitens der Handyklink wurde kein neuerlicher Ersatz oder Kulanz geleistet - geschweige denn eine Gewährleistung übernommen. Für mich nicht weiter zu empfehlen - Vorsicht! I had my iPhone 7 there for repair, which happened promptly. However, it turned out that absolutely inferior components were installed and the phone was defective within a few days. On the part of the Handyklink no renewed replacement or goodwill was made - let alone a guarantee taken over. Not recommended for me - beware!

Lap top läuft schlecht!? Abgeben am nächsten Tag besser wie je zuvor. Einfach ausprobieren und überrascht sein. Aja und wenn es wirklich mal ein brandneues Smartphone ohne Bindung sein soll. Wenn das so bleibt, komme ich gerne wieder. Very nice competent seller. Sold with a clear conscience. Prices are reasonable and he gives a 1 month guarantee on used devices. If it stays that way, I'll be happy to come back.
P	Philip on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab meinen neuen Akku jetzt seit ca 4 Wochen und ich muss sagen, wow, ich hab ein Upgrade auf mein neuwertiges Handy gemacht. Ich wollte mich in meiner Mittagspause eigentlich nur erkundigen wie lange sowas (mein Handyakku hatte sich aufgebläht) dauern würde und 12 Minuten später war mein Handy wie neu. Preis Leistung Top, hatte später am Tag noch eine Frage, bin nochmal vorbei und auch da war ich nach 3 Minuten rundum fertig bedient. Fazit: Ich brauch echt keine Probleme mit meinem Handy und wenn ich zur Handyklinik gehe, werde ich auch nie ein Problem haben.. I've had my new battery for about 4 weeks now and I have to say, wow, I've upgraded my cell phone as new. During my lunch break I just wanted to find out how long something like this would take (my cell phone battery had inflated) and 12 minutes later my cell phone was like new. Great value for money, had a question later that day, I passed again and after 3 minutes I was completely served. Conclusion: I really don't need any problems with my cell phone and when I go to the cell phone clinic, I will never have a problem either.

Ich habe über die Jahre alle meine defekten iPhones zu ihm gebracht und er konnte sie sofort reparieren. Er hat mich noch nie enttäuscht. Er ist einfach ein Technikprofi. Und er ist auch mein Technikprofi der ersten Wahl! Niemals würde ich in einen anderen Laden gehen. Er ist Top!! I have known Mustafa for many years now! He is reliable and knows his way around. I've brought all of my broken iPhones to him over the years and he was able to fix them right away. He's never let me down. He's just a tech pro. And he's also my first choice tech professional! I would never go to any other store. He is top !!

I had the battery replaced on my relatively old cell phone. The service was very fast (half an hour), really friendly, and the price was great.
