Terrible, terrible, terrible, worst service i ever experienced in my life. Made visa now second year in a row and it takes 2 months to make it even tho i have european passport. 3days before my flight i still dont get any information if my visa is done even i send many emails asking about it. Thanks for noticing me!! Anyway, terrible service, i would advise using some other embasy if you have chance or dont even go to SA :)

I have used this embassy twice now, and on both occasions the service and help received was outstanding. A special mention for Mr. Brewis who is an excellent representative for the office and who is totally professional and helpful with all inquiries.

PASSPORT RENEWAL... in 6 weeks applied from Vienna!! AWESOME. Awesome PASSPORT Renewal experience (applied for from Vienna) So for SAs who need passport renewals. Good news.. My experience this week, collected PASSPORT Friday 17th Dec ... I applied via SA Embassy in Vienna. Tango helped me, very very helpful and advised that the quickest way is to : 1. Complete all documentation with docs required at Embassy. 2. They advise when all complete and ready for departure to SA. 3. HERE is the important ADVISE she gave me.... DOCUMENTS leave Embassy every 2 months. ... AND receiving in SA (Pta) channels are NOT prioritised... BEST QUICKEST means is to pay a courier (she suggested DHL) to COLLECT the Package (prepared by Embassy) and they deliver to Relevant SA PTA department. According to her the Courier companies are well received at Department ... it then is couriered back to Embassy in Vienna....AND..... surprisingly I was mailed exactly 6 weeks from DHL collection in Vienna and returned... 6 weeks... I think that is FABULOUS... just wanted to share!!! ... and another Visit 5 April 2022... and AGAIN! EXCELLENT efficient service and help. Certifying Docs to send to SA... Very very competent and so friendly and VOILA... all done. Hurray for SA Consulate Vienna!!!!
