قمنا بالتوجه الى هناك من اجل اصدار جواز سفر جديد اخذ من الاوراق وقالوا لنا عليكم الانتظار 20 دقيقه لكي تاخذ الجواز سفر الجديد.
بالفعل بعد 20 دقيقه تم الامر بالنجاح.
 The staff there are very respectful and work very hard with utmost sincerity.
We went there to get a new passport, which was taken from the papers, and they told us you have to wait 20 minutes to get the new one.
Already after 20 minutes it was successful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't understand the bad reviews. Very friendly and hospitable employees. For me as an English speaker came as a surprise that almost all the personnel speaks good English. Very thankful for help and support in case of some troubles- people were really helpful and made an effort to solve the issue. Have a very pleasant impression so far.
But really almost impossible to get through on land line.
