Hatte gerade jetzt nach 3maligem Läuten einen freundlichen Herrn am Telefon,der alle gewünschten Auskünfte gab.
Kann absolut nichts beanstanden.
Auch über Whats app hatte ich die gewünschten Antworten in ein paar Minuten da.,ich finde das ist super Service!!!

Just now, after ringing 3 times, I had a friendly gentleman on the phone who gave all the information I wanted.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.
I also had the desired answers in a few minutes via Whats app. I think that's great service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophal! Hörte sich so an als wäre im Hintergrund eine Shisha Party am Start. Ich wollte fragen ob Sie mir Auskunft bezüglich der Einreisebestimmungen für Hunde nach El Gouna geben könnten. Er hatte keine Ahnung und mich nur an den Tierarzt (der mir empfohlen hat hier anzurufen weil sich ja die Botschaft auskennen sollte) oder an die Fluglinie zu wenden. Wofür solche Leute so viel Geld bekommen frage ich mich.
Catastrophic! Sounded like there was a shisha party going on in the background. I wanted to ask if you could give me any information regarding the entry requirements for dogs in El Gouna. He had no idea and only contact the vet (who advised me to call here because the embassy should know) or the airline. I wonder why people like this get so much money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 19.10.2021 den Pass (mit Visumsantrag ) meiner Frau(Thailänderin) nach Wien geschickt. Wurde dann nach 3 Tagen angerufen dass der Pass nach Kairo geschickt werden muss. Der soll dann nach ca. 2-6 Wochen zurück kommen. Jetzt sind es 7 Wochen her!!!! Versuche nun schon seit Tagen tel. jemanden in der Botschaft zu erreichen. Unmöglich. Habe es dann per Whats App gemacht. Wurde gelesen aber auch da keine Rückmeldung. Wir fliegen am 19.Dez.2021.Heute ist der 9.Dez.Viel Zeit ist nicht mehr.
Was soll ich noch machen???????Bitte um Rückmeldung von der Botschaft .Das ist doch kein Service.! Hoffe das der Pass nächste Woche noch kommt sonst weiss ich nicht was ich machen soll?
17.12.2021 Habe das Visum nach 8 Wochen nicht bekommen!!!!!! Das ist doch keine Botschaft die den Leuten hilft, sondern Schikane. So habe ich das erlebt.

03..01.2022Gerade aus Ägypten gekommen. Einmal und nie wieder.
I sent my wife's (Thai) passport (with visa application) to Vienna on October 19, 2021. Was then called after 3 days that the passport had to be sent to Cairo. It should come back after about 2-6 weeks. It's been 7 weeks now !! Have been trying tel for days now. to reach someone in the embassy. Impossible. Then I did it via WhatsApp. Was read but there was also no feedback. We fly on December 19, 2021, today is December 9 and there is not much time left.
What else should I do ??????? Request for feedback from the embassy. That is not a service.! I hope that the pass will come next week, otherwise I don't know what to do?
12/17/2021 I didn't get the visa after 8 weeks !!!!!! This is not a message that helps people, but chicane. That's how I experienced it.

Man versucht Tagelang jemanden zu erreichen, es geht um eine Reise nach Ägypten.
Tja die werden wir nicht antreten können, da wir absolut keine Informationen erhalten. Da niemand erreichbar ist nach unzähligen vergeblichen Anrufen.
Schämt Euch ist das eine Art Touristen die Geld bringen so zu behandeln, aber ihr habt ja bestimmt genug ....

You try to reach someone for days, it's about a trip to Egypt.
Well, we won't be able to compete because we've received absolutely no information. Since no one can be reached after countless unsuccessful calls.
Shame on you, it's a way of treating tourists who bring in money like that, but you've certainly had enough....
