Tie pani, co tam robia su velmi mile, ale je to neorganizovane. Naposledy mi povedali, ze mam zavolat a dohodnut si termin. Minule som volala 6x a nic. Dnes som sa konecne dovolala a slecna na telefone bola dost drza a nenechala ma ani dopovedat a zlozila mi. Dalsikrat mi nezdvihla. Toto je uroven ?. Som z toho velmi sklamana. L	Lubos Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes(5.1.2021 o 15.30hod) som mal stastie na velmi milu a prijemnu pani na telefone, ktora mi poskytla plnohodnotne informacie ohladom vybavenia rodneho listu a pasu pre mojeho neplnoleteho syna. Kiezby sme mali na uradoch viac takychto inteligentnych a prijemnych pracovnikov. Este raz dakujem!!! Today (5.1.2021 at 15.30) I was lucky to have a very nice and pleasant lady on the phone, who provided me with full information regarding the equipment of the birth certificate and passport for my minor son. We had more such intelligent and pleasant workers in the offices. Thank you again!!!

Klobusovksky, ktory nam navrhol, aby sme mu zavolali ihned po porode dcerky, aby nam urychlil zapis o narodeni (online terminy boli k dispozicii az o 4 mesiace). Akonahle sa dcerka narodila, volali sme, zas nedvihali. Nakoniec sme zavolali s manzelkou na nudzove cislo, kde p. Roman Fejes bol maximalne arogantny k nam! Zial do Bratislavy nevieme cestovat, lebo manzelka mala tazky porod, ale to ho nezaujimalo, pokracoval byt arogantnym. Jedine p. Klobusovksky bol mily k nam, no zial bol na dovolenke, a nemali sme inu moznost, len pocuvat p. Fejesa ako dviha na nas hlas. Disaster! We tried to call for 2 weeks, they don't lift! After e-mail communication, Mr. Klobusovksky, who suggested that we call him immediately after the birth of our daughter to expedite our birth record (online appointments were available for up to 4 months). As soon as the daughter was born, we called, did not lift again. Finally, my wife and I called the nude number, where p. Roman Fejes was extremely arrogant towards us! He could not travel to Bratislava because his wife had a difficult birth, but he was not interested, he continued to be arrogant. Only p. Klobusovksky was nice to us, but he was on vacation, and we had no choice but to listen to Mr. Fejesa is like a voice on us.
