I extend my sincere thanks, Honorable Counselor Basem Taha, and all the employees of the Egyptian Embassy in Austria. They truly represent an honorable face for Egypt and the Egyptians. I can only say that I always feel that I am in my beloved country when I step foot in the embassy gate and receive all the staff with an authentic Egyptian smile, not to mention that they spare no effort but make it to complete your affairs and advise and guide you. The pinnacle of respect and sophistication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have travelled extensively all over the world and this is absolutely the worst Embassy I have ever dealt with. They lied to us and told us my husbands visa would take 2-6 weeks. We applied 10 weeks in advance to be safe and now, after multiple emails, calls, and visits to the embassy they have shrugged and told us they "don't know" when it will be processed. Lazy, incompetent people. Avoid at all costs. We have had to cancel our Honeymoon because of these people. Terrible, terrible service and an embarrassment to the Egyptian nation.
