Es werden Termine für Heimhilfen sehr oft nicht eingehalten, die Verspätungen werden auch nicht telefonisch bekannt gegeben sodass ein allein lebender 94-jähriger oft 1 bis 1 1/2 Stunden warten muss. Reklamationen und Beschwerden - so man überhaupt telefonisch jemanden erreicht - bringen gar nichts. Das ist mehr als mangelndes Einfühlungsvermögen was für eine solche Organisation selbstverständlich sein müßte. Dass ein Wechsel der Organisation mit neuen MitarbeiterInnen auch eine große Belastung eines alten Menschen darstellt, dürfte auch auf der Hand liegen.
