No help. December 24th, 2020. I forgot 2 hours on the balcony even though I called. Cystitis was ignored, etc., too bad. Thank you Ms. Werner and Sister Sabrina, they really do an excellent job. Staff should be increased. Changed home .. What a shame. I wish you success. Thomas top. L. G
