n	nep tun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider sehr unzufrieden mit der Betreuung meiner Mutter (Kurzzeitpflege für 4 Wochen), die zugegebenermaßen ein schwieriger Fall ist. Trotzdem haben viele einfache Dinge (Aufnahme von Informationen beim check-in, Eingehen auf "besondere" Ernährungswünsche) nicht gepaßt, Zusagen (Anwesenheit des prakt. Arztes) wurden nicht eingehalten. Auch das Pflegepersonal war öfters überfordert und traf falsche Entscheidungen. In Summe sehr enttäuschend, das Geld bei Weitem nicht wert und als Folge hat meine Mutter ein Traum von Heimen und will nie mehr in externe Betreuung. So eine Einrichtung sollte nicht mit Steuergeldern mitfinanziert werden. unfortunately very dissatisfied with the care of my mother (short-term care for 4 weeks), which is admittedly a difficult case. Nevertheless, many simple things (taking in information at check-in, responding to "special" dietary requests) did not fit, promises (presence of the general practitioner) were not kept. The nursing staff was also often overwhelmed and made wrong decisions. All in all, very disappointing, by far not worth the money and as a result, my mother has a dream of homes and never wants external care again. Such an institution should not be co-financed with taxpayers' money.
T	Tanja Santa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute 2 mal angerufen um nachzufragen was man braucht um reinzukommen und ob es in Ordnung ist wenn man sein Absonderungsbescheid digital hat oder sie ihn ausgedruckt haben möchte meinte sie digital O Ist in ordnung.. gut .. Dann die Frage ob ich einen pcr test auch brauche meinte sie nur man muß geimpft sein quasi eine 1 G Regel. Dachte mir vielleicht Gab es wieder eine Änderung und Recherchierte selbst und stellte fest es gilt noch immer 2 G . Ein zweites mal rief ich wieder an und fragte erneut was ist erforderlich um reinzu kommen ? Ihre Antwort geimpft oder getestet. Ich sagte ihr das eine 2 G Regel herrscht und die unhöfliche Dame meinte drauf ja geimpft oder getestet! Auf meinen Versuch sie aufzuklären was genau 2 G ist und das ich mit einer Geschäftsführung/Chef sprechen möchte, da legte sie mir prompt auf !! Unglaublich das solche unfähige Menschen solche falschen Auskünfte geben !!! I thought maybe Was there another change and researched it myself and found that 2 G still applies. A second time I called again and asked again what is required to get in? Your answer vaccinated or tested. I told her that there is a 2 G rule and the rude lady said yes vaccinated or tested! When I tried to explain to her what exactly 2 G is and that I would like to speak to a management/boss, she promptly hung up on me !! It is unbelievable that such incompetent people give such wrong information!!!
