★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da wir demnächst eine 24h-Betreuung für meinen Vater brauchen werden, wollte ich einen Termin für ein Erst-/Beratungsgespräch vereinbaren. 1. Anruf war nach 16 Uhr, woraufhin mir der Rezeptionist einen Rückruf am nächsten Tag angeboten hat. Da dieser nicht kam, habe ich mehrfach versucht, jemand zu erreichen. Nach dem vierten oder fünften Versuch habe ich wieder einen Rezeptionist erreicht, der mich in die zuständige Abteilung verbunden hat, wo ein Anrufbeantworter gelaufen ist. Ich habe auf das Band gesprochen und um einen Rückruf gebeten. Auf diesen warte ich bis heute - seit einer Woche!!! Keine Empfehlung!
 Since we will soon need 24-hour care for my father, I wanted to make an appointment for an initial / counseling interview. The first call was after 4 p.m., whereupon the receptionist offered to call me back the next day. Since this did not come, I tried several times to reach someone. After the fourth or fifth attempt, I reached another receptionist who connected me to the responsible department, where an answering machine ran. I spoke on the tape and asked for a call back. I've been waiting for this until today - for a week now !!! No recommendation!
