R	Roland Grassl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Dinner for 5 people, but barely got enough for two. Most containers were about half full, some merely a third. When we called them afterwards to report our problem, they accused us of lying to them and did not offer any compensation. They would neither give us our money back, nor send a decent amount of food. Instead we had to argue with them for another 30 minutes after already waiting so long for the delivery to arrive. At some point they even called us back and pretended to be from the delivery-company - absolutley ridiculous, yet hilarious ?. In conclusion, the food we got was ok, some dishes even good, but for that price I definitely expect more. The customer service is unheard of and by far the worst I've ever experienced.

Considering the price (which excludes rice without warning), this place was a total ripoff.. What was even worse though is how they treat customers after complaining, which included the person on the phone yelling at us and accusing us of lying... Not even the alightes way of trying to make it up to us. Never ever had I experienced such a bed service and treatment of customers

The boxes were half full (with some ridiculoly small veggies, quantity no more than 2 spoons) and there was no rice included, which for a price of 11-13 euro we should have expected to come for free. We called the restaurant and when we started complaining they pretended they could not hear us. Then we called back and they were very rude to us (told us that it was delivery service fault). They did not offer to refund us or offer more food. We won't definitely order anymore from them nor go to the restaurant.
