Ohne Anwalt keine chance gehabt. Sehr unzuverlässig und unkompetent. Nie wieder Not even earned 1 star, in my opinion. Only had problems. No information or recalls from the responsible staff. Without a lawyer no chance. Very unreliable and incompetent. Never again

Den Mietern Zweitparkplätze zusichern und sich nicht daran halten, oder auch die Parkplätze zustellen/versperren (der neueste Schmäh) grenzt an Wahnsinn. Auch das auf Beschwerden nicht eingegangen wird ist lächerlich. Wie noch viele andere Dinge die momentan in diversen Zeitungen zu lesen sind. Nie wieder Hefel und Smarthome!" If the employees already have to evaluate their own company so that the average stays up, it is already questionable! The company Smarthome / Hefel is a joke. Assuring the tenants of second parking spaces and not sticking to them, or delivering / blocking the parking spaces (the latest insult) borders on madness. Even not responding to complaints is ridiculous. Like many other things that can currently be read in various newspapers. Never again Hefel and Smarthome! "
L	Lena Frick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnung wurde Freitags inseriert, ich habe am selben Freitag, dann Sonntag und dann Dienstag Mails geschrieben, & jeden Tag angerufen mit der Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme. Auch mehrmals. Mir wurde dann endlich am Mittwoch von einer Kollegin des Zuständigen Kontakts mitgeteilt, es würde ja schon sehr viele Interessenten geben für diese Wohnung aber sie werde meine Bitte um Kontaktaufnahme trotzdem weiter geben & siehe da, es passiert wieder nichts ! Ich werde also nicht kontaktiert weil es schon „genug“ oder „zuviele“ Interessenten gibt ? wie geht das wenn doch seit das Inserat online ist, keiner auf eine Kontaktanfrage reagiert ?? weder Telefonisch noch per Mail auf 2 verschiedene Mailadressen ? oder habe nur ich einfach das Pech dass ich von Anfang an übersehen wenn nicht sogar ignoriert wurde & dadurch keinerlei Chance habe die Wohnung zu bekommen ? sehr sehr unprofessionell & eine furchtbare Art mit Kunden umzugehen !! Apartment was advertised on Fridays, I wrote emails on the same Friday, then Sunday and then Tuesday, and called every day to contact me. Also several times. I was finally informed on Wednesday by a colleague of the responsible contact, there would be a lot of prospects for this apartment but she would still pass on my request to contact & lo and behold, nothing will happen again! So I will not be contacted because there are already "enough" or "too many" interested parties? how does that work if no one has reacted to a contact request since the advertisement is online? neither by phone nor by email to 2 different email addresses? or am I just unlucky that I have been overlooked from the beginning if not ignored and therefore have no chance of getting the apartment? very very unprofessional & a terrible way to deal with customers !!

Wir hatten eine Wohnungsbesichtigung, bei der uns fast 'versprochen' wurde, dass wir die Wohnung bekommen... Nach zahlreichen Mails kam dann nochmals per Mail eine Absage. Wenn man so zuversichtlich spricht und meint, das nichts im Wege stehen würde und wir bestimmt die Wohnung bekommen, ist das natürlich eine große Enttäuschung. Wir hatten schon Möbel bestellt und es hieß, dass wir die dann auch direkt reinlegen dürften. Es wäre als Makler nett gewesen, uns NICHT PER MAIL eine Absage zu geben, sondern man könnte auch anrufen. Von der Firma Hefel sind wir das nicht gewohnt, da sie generell gut arbeiten. The employees are nice, but unfortunately they don't report. We had a tour of the apartment, during which we were almost 'promised' that we would get the apartment ... After numerous emails, we received another cancellation. If you speak so confidently and think that nothing will stand in the way and we will definitely get the apartment, it is of course a big disappointment. We had already ordered furniture and it was said that we could put it in there. As a broker, it would have been nice not to give us a rejection by email, but you could also call. We are not used to this from Hefel, as they generally work well.
