Man bespricht dann den Anrufbeantworter, aber es wird nie zurückgerufen. So etwas habe ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt. For more than 2 weeks I have been asking for a call back, no matter when you call the phone is never manned even though the internet says it is open. You then talk to the answering machine, but it is never called back. I've never seen anything like it before.

The price-performance ratio fits, the employees are competent and friendly. You quickly get an answer or feedback to questions / inquiries and the advice is professional. Bei Fragen meldet die Hausverwaltung speziell Fr. Kabasser sich zeitnah zurück und man fühlt sich endlich als Eigentümer gut aufgehoben. Das habe ich so selten erlebt. Besonders meine Betreuerin Barbara Vonach ist stets erreichbar, sehr kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lösungen gibt es sehr schnell und immer auf meine Bedürfnisse genau abgestimmt. Informationen erreichen mich immer sehr zeitnah! Fühle mich sehr gut aufgehoben und kann solch schlechte Bewertungen echt nicht nachvollziehen!
