Ich bin überglücklich in Ludwig einen sehr kompetenten Teacher gefunden zu haben, der mich ganz sorgfältig an die einzelnen Postures heranführt. Ihm ist es sehr wichtig, dass wir ganz genau arbeiten, uns nicht verletzen und durch die kleinen Gruppen hat er viel Zeit uns zu korrigieren, was ich ausserordentlich schätze. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Alles ist sehr persönlich. Ich fühlte mich sofort wohl. This yoga studio is highly recommended. I ended up here looking for Ashtanga Yoga from Switzerland. I am overjoyed to have found in Ludwig a very competent teacher, who leads me very carefully to the individual postures. For him it is very important that we work very carefully, do not hurt ourselves and through the small groups he has plenty of time to correct us, which I greatly appreciate. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything is very personal. I felt good immediately.

Er vermittelt Yoga in seinen Kursen auf eine entspannte und gleichzeitig unterhaltsame Art und wenn es mal mit dem Bewegungsablauf nicht auf Anhieb klappt, hat er für alle schwierigen Positionen eine einfachere Variation parat. Damit kann auch ich als Anfänger diese Art des Unterrichts nur empfehlen und genieße das Wohlbefinden nach jeder Trainingseinheit. I have known Ludwig from the Yogastüble Lauterach for many years and have attended his Ashtanga Yoga classes while still teaching staff at the Raiffeisenhaus-Wien. He teaches yoga in his classes in a relaxed and at the same time entertaining way and if it does not work out right away, he has a simpler variation for all difficult positions. So even as a beginner I can only recommend this type of instruction and enjoy the well-being after each training session.
