Die Kommunikation war teilweise schwieirig, da die Kundenbetreuung unregelmäßig antwortete und Entscheidungen leider immer etwas kurzfristig getroffen werden mussten, trotz mehrmaligem nachfragen im Vorhinein. Ansonsten alles tip top. Very satisfied with the residential complex, the construction and the construction management. Der Kunde ist hier wirklich noch König und man wird bestens von der Sekretärin bis hin zur Geschäftsführung behandelt. Beratung, Informationsbereitstellung, Begleitung durch den ganzen Baufortschritt und After Sales Servuce wird exzellent gemacht. Es wurde sogar unter Zeitdruck und schwierigen Situationen immer für den Kunden gehandelt und es wurde jeder Wunsch und Bitte erfüllt. Ich kann Hefel Wohnbau wärmstens empfehlen und bedanke mich für die tolle Zusammenarbeit und das tolle Endergebnis. Meine Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Danke an die Familie Hefel! Leider traten nach der Fertigstellung einige Probleme auf, die nicht professionell geregelt wurden. Mängel wurden als nichtig abgetan oder abgestritten. Nach Kaufvertragsunterzeichnung bekam man nur noch erschwert Rückmeldungen bzw. gar keine. Zur Bauqualität, Mängel und deren Prozesse möchte ich mich nicht negativ oder positiv äussern, da mir hier zu die Referenz zu anderen fehlt. Aus dem Bauchgefühl ist es wohl überall so, aber dennoch mit massivem "Optimierungspotential" in Sachen Kommunikation. Als sehr angenehm möchte ich die Kommunikation erwähnen, man darf auch mal sagen dass man etwas nicht weiss, wenn man, wie bei mir geschehen, diese Infos fristgerecht nachreicht. Sollte ich nochmals auf Wohnungssuche gehen weiss ich wohin ich mich zu wenden habe. Es wäre schön, wenn sich die Firma Hefel Wohnbau mit ihrer Innovationskraft vielleicht in Zukunft auch dem Thema mobilem und oder leistbaren Wohnraum annehmen würde!
