Wir hatten eine Wohnungsbesichtigung und es hieß immer und immer wieder dass wir angerufen werden aber leider gab es NİE einen Rückruf.
Sie versprechen viel aber halten leider fast nichts ein.
Alone 1 star is actually too much ..
We had a flat inspection and it was said over and over that we were called but unfortunately there was no call back.
They promise a lot, but unfortunately they hold almost nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Wohnanlage wird vom vplus verwaltet, hatten rohrbruch und rufte 3 mal an leider keine Rückmeldung. Die Betriebskosten die sie kassieren sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Unsere Sprechanlage funktioniert seit 2 Jahren sporadisch. Lösung vergeblich. Sucht euch ein anderen job, ihr könnt es nicht erfüllen
Our residential complex is managed by vplus, broke pipes and called 3 times, unfortunately no feedback. The operating costs they collect are not justified. Our intercom has been working sporadically for two years. Solution to no avail. Find another job, you can't do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für was bezahle ich einen Makler, der nichts zu regeln bekommt. Sucht euch einen anderen Job!
Eineinhalb Jahre telefoniere ich schon dem Sichtschutz auf unserer Terrasse hinterher. Fast jede Woche muss ich anrufen und nachfragen, wann jetzt endlich jemand kommt mir wird immer gesagt nächste Woche oder morgen. Bis ich einen Anruf von einer unfreundlichen Dame bekomme die mir mitteilt das sie gar nichts gewusst hat und mir unterstellt das ich keinen Sichtschutz will?! Am liebsten würde ich mich mit dem Chef dieser sogenannten "Firma" sprechen. Es ist eine Frechheit das diese Leute Geld verlangen, dafür das sie einen unmengen and Geld und Ärger kosten.
Hätte ich das selber regeln können, hätte ich nicht eineinhalb Jahre lang auf einen Sichtschutz warten müssen und ich warte immer noch. Ich bin gespannt wie oft ich noch anrufen muss, damit sie das endlich regeln.
What am I paying a broker for who can't get anything done? Look for another job!
For a year and a half I've been telephoning the privacy screen on our terrace. Almost every week I have to call and ask when someone will finally come I am always told next week or tomorrow. Until I get a call from an unfriendly lady who tells me that she didn't know anything and that I don't want any privacy ?! I would like to speak to the boss of this so-called "company". It is a cheek that these people charge money for it, because they cost a lot of money and trouble.
Had I been able to sort it out myself, I wouldn't have had to wait a year and a half for a privacy screen and I'm still waiting. I'm curious how often I still have to call so that they finally sort it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglich einen Termin mit diese Leute zu bekommen und ich bezahle als Nebenkosten inklusive Vplus honorar fast 1 Miete!
In mehr als 1 Jahr nie 1 von den einmal gesehen.
Ich versuche seit August und heute ist erste Oktober.
Sie behandeln Kunde wie Müll, komplet Respektlos.
Sie sagen das sie zurück rufen, machen sie nicht, sie sagen Terminen ab und danach ohne einen neuen zu geben sie sagen einfach das der Termin nicht notwendig ist!
keine Begründung sie müssen sich nur schämen
Impossible to get an appointment with these people and I pay almost 1 rent as ancillary costs including Vplus fee!
Never seen 1 of them in more than 1 year.
I've been trying since August and today is October 1st.
You treat customers like rubbish, completely disrespectful.
They say that they call back, do not do it, they cancel appointments and then without giving a new one, they simply say that the appointment is not necessary!
no explanation you just have to be ashamed
