S	Stefan Gaich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vorgehen bei Privater Willhaben Anzeige: 3 verschiedene Ansprechpartner, zuerst einer aus Wien, dann 2 aus Graz, rufen zu unverschämten Zeiten an (21:45), sehr aufdringlich, unzuverlässig und komplett unseriös! richtige Vertretertypen und werden geschult dafür einem einen Maklervertrag aufzubrummen. Lieber zu einem kleineren bemühten Makler aus der Umgebung! proceed with private property display: 3 different contacts, first one from Vienna, then 2 from Graz, Call at outrageous times (9:45 p.m.) very pushy, unreliable and completely dubious! correct representative types and are trained to open a brokerage contract. Better go to a smaller broker from the area!

Wir haben ca 7mal jetzt angerufen um ins für ein Grundstück wlechess die anscheinend verkaufen zu informieren ...leider hat sich nie jemand zurückgemeldet. Sehr unprofessionell und unzuverlässig . Im Internet habe ich jetzt über die andere viele negative Meinungen gefunden! Schade Unfortunately very dubious. We have called about 7 times now to inform us about a plot of land that apparently is selling ... unfortunately no one has ever reported back. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I have now found many negative opinions about the other on the Internet! Pity

Da es um die Zusammenlegung und Renovierung von 2 Wohnungen ging, waren einige Diskussionen und Planungen notwendig. Ich kann die Firma und Frau Fleischacker sehr empfehlen! Was well looked after in the search for a condominium. The contact person, Ms. Fleischacker, was very professional and helpful. Since it was about the merging and renovation of 2 apartments, some discussions and planning were necessary. I can do the company and Ms. Fleischacker highly recommend!

Das man es einmal probiert verstehe ich noch, aber nicht fünf mal mit einer derartigen Arroganz.(zu Uhrzeiten wo keine seriöse Firma einen anrufen würde) Glaubt ihr wirklich das es ohne euch nicht geht?? Und nur mal so nebenbei, dass fällt unter Belästigung. Although it is expressly stated in the advertisement that no brokers are desired, one is constantly called. I still understand that you try it once, but not five times with such arrogance (at times when no reputable company would call you) Do you really think that it won't work without you? And just by the way, that falls under harassment.

P	Petra K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlechteste Immobilienfirma, mit der wir bisher zu tun hatten! Maklerin reagiert kaum auf Anfragen und wenn dann nur sehr verspätet und unvollständig. Anbot wurde für Wunschimmobilie gelegt, jedoch trotz Höchstgebot nicht angenommen. Auf die Rückfrage, ob man nachbessern kann, kommt nie eine Antwort - anscheinend besteht kein Provisionsbedarf. Die Absage wurde zudem nur via E-Mail kommuniziert, weder Anruf noch Rückruf. Einfach nur unverschämt! Worst real estate company we've dealt with so far! The real estate agent hardly reacts to inquiries and if so only very late and incompletely. The offer was made for the desired property, but was not accepted despite the highest bid. When asked whether you can make improvements, there is never an answer - apparently there is no commission requirement. The rejection was only communicated via email, neither a call nor a callback. Just outrageous!

Zu spät gekommen, wenn auch nur 5 Minuten. Ohne Entschuldigung ein No Go. Präsentation der Immobilie ein Hohn. Nichts gesprochen, konnte keine Auskunft geben bei Nachfrage. Desinteressiert. Eine Erfahrung die man nicht braucht. Only responded to the 2nd request, suddenly had the appointment made by phone on the day of the visit confirmed by e-mail half an hour earlier. Arrived late, even if only 5 minutes. Without apologies a no go. Presentation of the property a mockery. Nothing said, couldn't give any information when asked. disinterested. An experience you don't need.
P	Peter K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Absolute FRECHHETI! Das ist kein Makler, das ist ein Abzocker. BITTE AUFPASSEN! Aussagen vom Makler: 1) Er ist seit 10 Jahren der beste Makler in Österreich! 2) Er verlangt nur 1,5% von dir und vom Käufer wenn du JETZT unterschreibst. -> 3% sind sowieso Standard in Österreich ... 3) Er erzählt einem dass der Schlichte Maklervertrag für den Unterzeichner mehr Nachteile hat als wie für den Makler selbst. 4) Es heißt sie können die Wohnung teurer Verkaufen als in der Anzeige von mir geschalten, frägt aber nach einem Mindestverkaufspreis. Damit bekommt er die Provision auch dann, wenn er jemanden für den niedrigeren genannten Preis findet!!! Im großen und ganzen sind das keine Makler, dass sind Abzocker die KEINE AHNUNG von Immobilien haben!! An absolute NAUGHTY! This is not a broker, this is a rip-off. PLEASE TAKE CARE! Statements from the agent: 1) He has been the best broker in Austria for 10 years! 2) He only charges 1.5% from you and the buyer if you sign NOW. -> 3% is standard in Austria anyway... 3) He tells you that the Simple Brokerage Agreement has more disadvantages for the signer than for the broker himself. 4) It says you can sell the apartment at a higher price than what I advertised, but asks for a minimum selling price. So he gets the commission even if he finds someone for the lower price quoted!!! On the whole, these are not brokers, they are rip-offs who have NO IDEA about real estate!!
