★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Erfahrung mit SReal ist katastrophal! Wir haben uns für ein Haus interessiert, das für eine siebenstellige Summe verkauft werden soll. Beim vereinbarten Termin mit einem Bausachverständigen wurden der Baubescheid und die Baupläne nicht vorgelegt, obwohl das vor ab vereinbart wurde. Die Angaben der Maklerin waren widersprüchlich und uns wurden immer wieder neue "Erklärungen" geschildert, weshalb die Unterlagen nicht vorzeigbar wären. Nach und nach hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass das Haus gar keine Benützungsbewilligung hat!
Our experience with SReal is disastrous! We were interested in a house that is to be sold for a seven-figure sum. At the agreed appointment with a building surveyor, the building permit and the building plans were not presented, although this had been agreed in advance. The information provided by the broker was contradictory and we were repeatedly given new "explanations" as to why the documents could not be presented. Gradually it turned out that the house had no permission to use it at all!
