The entire process was highly professional. The apartments are well thought out and if you want to rent them out, you get optimal support.
B	Babsi Refeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solche Bauten, vor allem die Anzahl, sollten nicht auf einem Grund, wo davor ein Einfamilienhaus stand mit reichem Baumbestand, gestellt werden. Der gesamte Grund wurde betoniert, auch wenns jetzt begrünt aussieht, ist drunter eine betonwanne. Schade, dass so etwas erlaubt wird. Such buildings, especially the number, should not be placed on a plot of land where there was a single-family house with a rich tree population. The entire ground was concreted, even if it now looks green, there is a concrete tub underneath. It's a shame that something like this is allowed.

Die Wohnung an sich selbst ist schön und bequem, ich habe nur viele zusätzliche Kosten bezahlen müssen, die ich eigentlich nicht tragen musste. Vor ein paar Wochen gab es ein Problem mit den Fenstern. Der Herr Hinkelmann war sehr ungeduldig, verantwortungslos, ging absichtlich nicht ans Telefon und antwortete nicht auf meine E-Mails.Ich dachte BIP Immobilien hat sehr professionelle Mitarbeiter, auf welche ich mich verlassen kann. Leider fühle ich mich betrogen und bin sehr sehr enttäuscht. I bought the apartment 2 years ago and I was already very dissatisfied during the sales process. Mr. Hinkelmann was very impatient, irresponsible, deliberately did not answer the phone and did not answer my e-mails, I thought BIP Immobilien has very professional employees whom I can rely on. Unfortunately I feel cheated and I am very, very disappointed.
