Mal abgesehen von der Whg muss ich sagen, dass ich mit Herrn Fried nicht zufriedener sein hätte können. Er war flexibel, hat mir alles genau gezeigt und erklären können - man merkt, dass er sich einfach auskennt und seinen Job ernst nimmt. Am wichtigsten an der Betreuung für mich war jedoch, dass Herr Fried während der Suche und des Prozesses stets für mich ansprechbar war. Er hat jede meiner Fragen am gleichen Tag beantwortet, abgehoben oder innerhalb kurzer Zeit zurück gerufen. Besser kann man es sich einfach nicht wünschen, als eine kompetente und vor allem greifbare Ansprechperson zu haben, die alle Fragen und Anliegen für einen klärt und mit keinem einzigen Wort in irgendeiner Art und Weise Druck erzeugt, um zu einem Abschluss zu kommen. Was looking for a rental apartment that was sold by Hubner Immobilien (Mr. Fried). Apart from the whg, I have to say that I couldn't have been happier with Mr. Fried. He was flexible, showed me everything and was able to explain everything to me - you can tell that he really knows his stuff and takes his job seriously. However, the most important aspect of the support for me was that Mr. Fried was always available to me during the search and the process. He answered all of my questions on the same day, answered or called back within a short time. There is simply nothing better than having a competent and, above all, accessible contact person who clarifies all questions and concerns for you and does not use a single word to put pressure on you in any way in order to come to a conclusion.
