Eine sehr nette Dame, die sich sogar am Wochenende Zeit genommen hat, um unsere Anliegen zu bearbeiten. Der Umgang war immer sehr respektvoll und die Kommunikation verlief sehr einfach.

A very nice lady who even took the time at the weekend to deal with our concerns. We were always treated with respect and communication was very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rent an apartment using the services of IVV. We had a very nice experience. The agent helped us figuring out the whole process and even ran some errands for us, being unable to do it ourselves due to Covid-19.
I strongly recommend this office to any future customer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I had a good a impression but afterwards it got confusing with contractcomponents which were not spoken or listed. The estate agent was okay and tried to be kind.. in the end its nothing up to him but the philosophie behind this is unfortunatelly upsetting.
