Wenn man eine Beanstandung hat ist es leider anders. Man wird dann total unfreundlich behandelt. Dieser Händler muss sich nicht wundern wenn man online bestellt, und nicht mehr bei ihm einkauft. Wenn ich online bestellen und mit einem Produkt nicht zufrieden bin, kann ich dieses ohne Probleme zurück geben. Ich werde sicher nicht mehr dort einkaufen.
The range is really great, the staff friendly as long as you don't complain.
Unfortunately, if you have a complaint, it's different. Then you are treated totally unfriendly. This retailer does not have to be surprised if you order online and no longer buy from him. If I order online and am not satisfied with a product, I can return it without any problems. I will definitely not shop there anymore.
