50.-- € für fünf Bretter die im Endeffekt nicht zusammen passen !
Bezahlte Ware im Lager abholbereit, wurde dann dort aber nicht gefunden.
Lieferung drei Tage später versprochen, kam aber nicht.
Anruf bei Service Hotline, das Lager ist unbekannt und die Tussi total uninteressiert und hat einfach aufgelegt ! Die Montage war dann der Höhepunkt dieser Nudelfirma.
Toleranzmasse jenseits von Gut un Böse..... Spannmuttern Zum Teil gebrochen, Spannstifte zu kurz weil Bohrungen über einen Zentimeter ausser der Toleranz waren ! Musste alles mit Lochbändern verbinden und verschrauben.

... der Totale Irrsinn !
Das so eine Firma überlebt ..... für Ausländer sicher gut genug.

Paid goods are ready for collection in the warehouse, but were not found there.
Delivery three days later promised, but didn't arrive.
Call the service hotline, the warehouse is unknown and the chick is totally uninterested and just hung up! The assembly was then the culmination of this pasta company.
Tolerance measures beyond good and bad ..... Clamping nuts Partly broken, clamping pins too short because the bores were more than a centimeter out of tolerance! Had to connect and screw everything with perforated straps.

That such a company survives ..... well enough for foreigners.

Hier kann man sich in allen Bereichen sehr gut beraten lassen und man bekommt sehr schnell eine Vorstellung. Die Filiale ist klein aber fein und sauber. Hier wird sehr auf Freundlichkeit, sowie auf Kundenwünsche geachtet.
I can only recommend the branch in Nenzing. The team at the branch in Nenzing is very courteous, friendly, funny and very nice to customers and each other. Here you can get very good advice in all areas and get an idea very quickly. The branch is small but nice and clean. Great attention is paid to friendliness and customer requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste in allen Abteilungen einen zuständigen Mitarbeiter suchen………was schon anstrengend ist, wenn man eigentlich etwas kaufen möchte. Was kompetent betrifft sind wir weit weg. Trotzdem etwas gekauft. Die Abholung im Lager ist die Spitze, unfreundlich, mit Ohrstöpsel und Handy verbunden, schnauzt einen an……falsche Rampe, hinten rum…. Und sieht mir als Frau beim einladen zu. Nicht einmal die Frage ob er vielleicht helfen könnte.
Auch wenn er das ja nicht machen muss, hätte er ein Trinkgeld bekommen. Nur diese Unfreundlichkeit bzw. Ignoranz was dieser Herr an den Tag gelegt hat reicht um sich künftig anderweitig umzusehen wenn ich was benötige.
I had to look for a responsible employee in all departments ……… which is exhausting when you actually want to buy something. As far as competent is concerned, we are far away. Still bought something. The collection from the warehouse is the best, unfriendly, connected to earplugs and mobile phone, snaps at you ...... wrong ramp, around the back .... And watches me as a woman invite. Not even the question of whether he might be able to help.
Even if he doesn't have to do that, he would have received a tip. Only this unfriendliness or ignorance of what this gentleman has shown is enough to look elsewhere in the future if I need something.
