Besser mal die Filialleitung wechseln, ist nicht immer das Personal schuld wenn es nicht den Umsatz der Big Bosse bringt. Sie ist zu schwach um die Maschine mit dem Zug nachhause zu schleppen, das hat sie ihm auch gesagt doch er schrie weiter und hat ihr vorgeworfen das Leute wie sie der Grund sind dass Läden wie dieser aussterben. Der Mann ist einfach unmöglich, wie kann man eine alte schwache Frau nur so behandeln!?! The store manager has cried my mother in the pension, because they wanted to order the coffee machine online. Wir machten uns schon Sorgen, dass wir nun wochenlang auf unseren wunderbaren Kaffee verzichten müssen. Ich dachte mir ich schaue einfach mal beim Shop vorbei und dort las ich, dass jemand im Lager ist und man einfach anrufen kann. Ich rief an und der äußerst kompetente und freundliche Samir gab mir gleich eine Ersatzkaffeemaschine mit und erklärte mir die weitere Vorgehensweise. Alles sehr unkompliziert! Ich muss sagen, dass ich mit diesem Service sehr zufrieden bin und ich es mir nicht besser vorstellen könnte. Danke!!! At the beginning of the lockdown, our QBO machine got a defect. I called and the extremely competent and friendly Samir immediately gave me a replacement coffee machine and explained how to proceed. Everything is very uncomplicated! I have to say that I am very satisfied with this service and I couldn't imagine better. Thanks!!!

Sie haben dann für meine schwangere Frau extra eine Maschine ausgepackt, so dass sie einen koffeinfreien Kaffee bekommt. Extremely friendly. Run out of decaffeinated coffee. They then unpacked a machine especially for my pregnant wife so that she could get decaffeinated coffee.

Hier wird man nicht nur freundlich und nett begrüßt und bedienst, sondern man spürt auch die Herzlichkeit bei den Mitarbeitern. Vor allem bei dem Herrn, der stehst bemüht ist, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Komme immer wieder gerne her um einzukaufen. Da sollten sich andere Geschäfte mal eine Scheibe davon abschneiden. Macht weiter so, ihr macht einen tollen Job!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order a lot online, but every now and then I end up in this Tchibo branch. Here you are not only greeted and served in a friendly and nice way, you can also feel the warmth of the staff. Especially with the Lord, who tries hard to fulfill all wishes.
