★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for my order in terminal. Making for the food took more than 10 minutes, though where were 1-2 orders besides mine. When my order was done, i didnt see the cheese souce i paid for. Well, i dont speak german much (and the service guy too tho). I asked him about the missing item,at first service guy said something like "you didn't pay for source", then i showed him the recipe and he said something like "We are out of stock of that souce". In the end i am sitting and eating dry nuggets. One star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is not professional and blantantly gives wrong stuff. He didnt want to give salsa sauce to jalapeno chicken fries and when confronted its missing he tried giving ketchup instead, only after a short argue he reached down for the proper sauce like he knew all along what i want
