M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz dringend benötigter Creme keine erhalten, da meine Ärztin nicht da war um ein Rezept auszufüllen-Nachbringen nicht möglich! Und dass obwohl ich seit mehr als 45 Jahren dort einkaufe! Dies wird NICHT mehr stattfinden! Despite urgently needed cream received none, since my doctor was not there to fill out a recipe-refilling not possible! And that although I have been shopping there for more than 45 years! This will NOT happen anymore!
U	Uschi Mochty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach Hüft Operation wurde ein Duschpflaster benötigt. 3x musste die apotheke aufgesucht werden und jedes mal wurden zuerst KEIN DUSCHPFLASTER sondern ein normale mit gegeben, beim 2. Besuch nach 10 min Reisezeit hin und retour nach Hause ein zu schmales, OBWOHLDEZIDIERT darauf hingewiesen würde, dass ein breiteres benötigt wird!!!! 15 10 min retour zum Patient wieder retour und dann der Kommentar: wir haben die benötigte Abmessung nicht!!! So eine Inkompetenz ist für eine frisch operiert Person ein Witz. Ich werde dort Nie wieder ein kaufen. Lösung würde in einer anderen Apotheke inner halb von 3 min gefunden. Unglaublich Zeit verschwendet und eine Arroganz und fehlende Hilfsbereitschaft, Gleichgültigkeit, die seinesgleichen sucht. After hip surgery, a shower patch was needed. 3 times the pharmacy had to be visited and every time first a NO SHOWER PLASTER but a normal with given, the second visit after 10 min travel time and back home a too narrow, if it was pointed out that a wider is needed !!!! 15 10 min back to the patient back and then the comment: we do not have the required size !!! Such an incompetence is a joke for a freshly operated person. I will never buy there again. Solution would be found in another pharmacy within 3 min. Incredibly wasted time and an arrogance and lack of helpfulness, indifference that is second to none.
M	Momo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal ist unfreundlich und kann bei Fragen nur einsilbig antworten. Kompetente Beratung sieht anders aus. Ich habe die Apotheke bis jetzt immer aufgrund der räumlichen Nähe aufgesucht, das wird sich jetzt aber ändern. The staff is rude and can only answer monosyllabic questions. Competent advice looks different. Up to now I have always visited the pharmacy because of its proximity, but that will change now.
E	Elisabeth Pracher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und überheblich! Mir wurde erklärt, ich könnte ein Präbarat nicht kaufen, da es Rezeptpflichtig sei und ich soll doch noch mal zum Arzt. Als ich meine Verwunderung kund getan hab, meinte sie nur schnippisch "das war schon immer so". Interessant daran...das Präparat ist zwar Apotheken, nicht aber Rezeptpflichtig und ich bekam es in der nächsten Apotheke ohne Probleme. Da sollte die Mitarbeiter besser geschult sein! Rude and arrogant! I was told that I could not buy a Präbarat, as it is a prescription and I should still to the doctor. When I announced my surprise, she said only snippily "that has always been so". Interesting ... the drug is pharmacies, but not prescription and I got it in the nearest pharmacy without problems. Since the staff should be better trained!
