Bei einem 2.5 Jahre altem Modell wollte ich auf meine Kosten neue Sohlen kaufen. Zorn sagt geht nicht und jetzt sein Vorschlag: Wegwerfen ,Wieder neue kaufen oder einfach einer andere Marke, weil nach 2 sind Dolomiti Schuhe abgearbeitet. Hab Unverständnis und Ärger artikuliert dann der lapidare Kommentar von Herrn Zorn: „Bist aber ein lustiger Bursche!“ Hoffe nicht alle von Scott Sport in Innsbruck sind im Lockdown so denkeingeschränkt sonst kann man da nix mehr kaufen. Werde mal die Muttergesellschaft in München fragen oB das eine Konzenrichtlinier ist. Dr.Horst Lindner oder wie Herr Zorn sagen würde „Der lustige Bursch“! My phone call today with Mr. Manuel Zorn from Service! Have a total of 10 pairs of Dolomiti shoes. With a 2.5 year old model, I wanted to buy new soles at my own expense. Anger says don't work and now his suggestion: Throw them away, buy new ones or just another brand, because after 2 Dolomiti shoes are worn out. Have incomprehension and anger then articulated the succinct comment from Mr. Zorn: "But you're a funny guy!" I hope not all of Scott Sport in Innsbruck are so limited in their thinking in lockdown otherwise you can't buy anything more. Times will ask the parent company in Munich whether this is a Konzenrichtlinier. Dr Horst Lindner or like Mr. Anger would say "The funny guy"!

Ich habe sie ein Mal angezogen und sind hinten gleich ganz aufgerissen. Nun habe ich die Antwort von Scott bekommen, dass die Hosen nicht repariert oder ersetzt werden können. Das ist sehr unprofessionell, da es nicht sein kann, dass ein Paar Hosen (250€) beim ersten Mal kaputt werden und dann nicht repariert oder ersetzt werden können. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Unfortunately only one star, as Scott's customer service is not professional. I bought the Scott Explorair Pants a month ago. I put them on once and the back was torn all over. Now I got the answer from Scott that the pants cannot be repaired or replaced. This is very unprofessional as it cannot be that a pair of pants (€ 250) break the first time and then cannot be repaired or replaced. Absolutely not recommendable!
