★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know who is leaving these positive reviews, probably friends. I relied on this parcel for my upcoming hiking holidays, it took almost 2 weeks to come to The Netherlands. Now the parcel is being sent straight back to sender, without being delivered and the shop does not have any time to assist in anyway because they have sales and they are busy catching new customers, instead of making sure their existing ones are OK. There's no phone number to contact anyone and response to emails comes after 2 weeks or a number of days, if you are lucky. Advice: STAY AWAY! They won't provide you with any service, you will save yourself time and disappointment.
