Hilfsmittel wie Messer und Holzklotz waren mitgeliefert worden, einfach echt super. Am Anfang war ich etwas enttäuscht weil ich das angekündigte Video nicht finden konnte aber was das Ergebnis betrifft bin ich total begeistert. Cut-to-size skins for children: I was surprised how easy it is to adjust the skins in length myself and I am thrilled how well it worked with bending. Aids such as a knife and block of wood were included, just really great. At the beginning I was a little disappointed because I couldn't find the announced video, but I am absolutely thrilled with the result.

A spare part for my Kohla climbing skins, which have actually not been in the range for 4 years, was sent to me free of charge by post. Service couldn't be better. Ein Großer der Branche hat mich bezüglich dieser Ersatzteile voll hängen lassen. Bei Kohla aber gilt noch: klein und fein! Das überzeugt - hier lebt man noch Werte und hat eine gesunde Grundeinstellung zu demjenigen der letztendlich die Gehälter bezahlt - dem Endkunden. Von den Steigfellen der Fa. Kohla bin ich überzeugt, sie begleiten mich zuverlässig und unauffällig seit 2013 bei meinen Langlauftouren. TOP, gerne wieder. Extremely friendly and helpful service team. In a special case (older spare parts) I was given quick and competent help. It should always be like this. A big guy in the industry left me hungry for these spare parts. At Kohla, however, the following applies: small and fine! That is convincing - here you still live values and have a healthy basic attitude towards the person who ultimately pays the salaries - the end customer. I am convinced of the climbing skins from Kohla, they have been accompanying me reliably and inconspicuously on my cross-country tours since 2013. Top! Would do it again.

Eine kurze Mail an den Support wegen eines verlorenen Steigbügel unserer HEIß geliebten Kohla Kraxe hat gereicht und nicht mal 2 Tage später hatten wir schon das Ersatzteil im Briefkasten. Wir werden auch weiterhin alle unserer Rucksäcke etc bei diesem Unternehmen kaufen. Vielen Dank nochmals I have to say this company has the very best customer service by far !! A short email to the support about a lost stirrup of our HOT beloved Kohla Kraxe was enough and not even 2 days later we had the spare part in the mailbox. We will continue to buy all of our backpacks etc from this company. thank you again
