a	anotherriddle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Beratung von Mitarbeitern die vom jeweiligen Sport (zumindest meiner Erfahrung nach) ausreichend Ahnung haben und ihn offenbar teils sogar selber ausüben. Ich war inzwischen mehrmals hier und das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch nicht aufdringlich. Umtausch funktioniert auch ohne Probleme. Preise von den Sportartikeln sind ok und nicht unverhältnismäßig höher als bei einem zufälligen online Händler (gutes Personal und lokale Filialen kosten natürlich Geld). Teils lassen sich auch echte Schnäppchen finden. Unabhängig davon kaufe ich hier, vor allem wenn ich Beratung brauche oder Passform wichtig ist, sehr gerne wieder ein. Great advice from employees who have sufficient knowledge of the respective sport (at least in my experience) and apparently sometimes even practice it themselves. I've been here several times in the meantime and the staff is friendly, helpful and not intrusive. Exchanges also work without any problems. The prices of the sporting goods are ok and not disproportionately higher than at a random online retailer (good staff and local branches cost money, of course). Sometimes you can also find real bargains. Regardless of that, I like to shop here again, especially when I need advice or a fit is important.

Bei so einem Service muss hoffentlich bald zugesperrt werden, denn Kunden wird dieser Betrieb vermutlich bald keine mehr haben!!! service desert! With such a service, hopefully it will have to be closed soon, because this company will probably not have any more customers soon!!!

Musste dem Shop für die Montage der Bindung die Sohlenlänge mitteilen, konnte den Shop aber trotz mehreren Versuchen nicht erreichen.....enttäuschend... The selection and price of the skis are great, but the customer service via phone and email is really bad. Had to inform the shop of the sole length for the assembly of the binding, but could not reach the shop despite several attempts ..... disappointing ...

Der Kundenservice hervorragen, und hilft bei Problemen schnell und unkompliziert weiter. Hier fühlt man sich wohl gut beraten! The Intersport okay in Innsbruck, Bleichenweg is a very nice shop with a lot of choice. The staff and the manager are very friendly. P	Petra Peer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst wird man mit Prozenten ins Geschäft gelockt,dann findet man was,fragt extra die Verkäuferin ob das mit den Prozenten stimmt,geht zur Kasse und dann heißt es wieder Mal dieser Artikel ist von der Reduzierung ausgenommen, für was brauch ich dann Angestellte wenn keiner eine Ahnung hat, wirklich sehr sehr ärgerlich First you are lured into the shop with percentages, then you find something, ask the saleswoman whether the percentages are correct, go to the checkout and then it says again this article is excluded from the reduction, what do I need employees for if none has a clue, really very very annoying
l	loisdeutinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servus nach Innsbruck, meine Gattin hatte zum "Christkind" einen Winterschuh von "ON" bekommen, leider hat sie dieser am Knöchel gedrückt, daher hatten wir versucht den Schuh in einer Intersport Filiale in Zell am See umzutauschen, dies ist aber gehörig in die Hose gegangen. Darüber will ich aber hier nicht mehr schreiben, das ist Geschichte und ich/wir haben unsere Lehren daraus gezogen. Wir haben dann Kontakt mit EUCH aufgenommen, und da muss ich sagen waren wir von Anfang an in den besten und "freundlichsten" Händen. Sowohl die Filialleitung als auch die Abteilungsleitung (Vera & Philip) waren extrem bemüht. Die Beiden haben uns sofort eine Lösung angeboten die für uns zu 100% in Ordnung ist. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und stellen mit Freude fest das es noch Leute gibt die ehrlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kompetent sind. Macht weiter so :-) Herzlichen Dank nochmal für EURE Hilfe, wir werden Euch weiterempfehlen. P.S. Hello to Innsbruck, My wife had got a winter shoe from "ON" for the "Christkind", unfortunately she pressed it on the ankle, so we tried to exchange the shoe in an Intersport store in Zell am See, but this went badly. But I don't want to write about that anymore, it's history and I / we have learned our lessons from it. We then made contact with YOU, and I have to say we were in the best and "friendliest" hands from the start. Both the branch management and the department management (Vera & Philip) tried extremely hard. The two immediately offered us a solution that is 100% ok for us. We are very satisfied and are happy to note that there are still people who are honest, courteous and very competent. Keep it up :-) Thank you again for YOUR help, we will recommend you. P.S.
