K	Kaddi und Swen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns 2 Bikes ausgeliehen (ein Fully und ein Hardtail). Die Beratung war Klasse und Helme gabs Gratis dazu. Mit dem Hardtail war alles in Ordnung. Allerdings war das Fully bei der Abholung nicht vollständig geladen- für die geplante Tour (etwa 40 km) sollte es laut Verkäufer allerdings "auf jeden Fall" reichen. Nach 20km gab der Akku auf und die letzten 3 km musste ich das Rad zur nächsten Hütte mit Ladestation Bergauf schieben. Der Service vor Ort hat auf eine Fehlfunktion des Akkus (wir saßen dort dann 1,5 Stunden fest um das Fahrrad wenigstens zur hälfte zu laden) hingewiesen. Auch an der nächsten Hütte war ein längerer Ladeaufenthalt notwendig- das Wetter war zwar klasse, aber wirklich vorangekommen sind wir nicht- Ärgerlich bei einer Leihgebühr von über 100 Euro für voll funktionsfähige Bikes... Als wir die Räder abgegeben und auf den Mangel aufmerksam gemacht haben wurde mir versichert "danach zu schauen". Immerhin- der nächste Kunde wird hoffentlich wieder ein Einsatzbereites Bike fahren- für uns wars leider nicht so entspannt und ausser einem "danke für die Info" war auch keine Entschädigung für das geliehene "Gold Bike " drin, schade. We borrowed 2 bikes (a fully and a hardtail). The advice was great and helmets were free. Everything was fine with the hardtail. However, the Fully was not fully charged when it was picked up - according to the seller, it should "definitely be enough" for the planned tour (about 40 km). After 20km the battery gave up and the last 3km I had to push the bike uphill to the next hut with a charging station. The on-site service has indicated a malfunction of the battery (we sat there for 1.5 hours to charge the bike at least halfway). A longer charging stay was also necessary at the next hut - the weather was great, but we didn't really make any progress - annoying with a rental fee of over 100 euros for fully functional bikes ... When we handed in the bikes and pointed out the defect, I was assured "to look after them". At least - the next customer will hopefully ride a ready-to-use bike again - for us it was unfortunately not so relaxed and apart from a "thank you for the info" there was no compensation for the loaned "gold bike", too bad.

A	Anthony Vandenhecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly ever write reviews, but both the MTB hardtrail and the service of the people in the shop was great: they explained everything very well, even showed the best routes in the map and the bike was as new and offered to wash and replace brakes if needed during rental period. Would definetly go back.
