E	Er S6 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service, super freundlich und geduldig. Preise sind auch völlig in Ordnung. Wurden sehr gut beraten. Haben dort Ski geliehen und Skischuhe gekauft. Diese wurden nach vielen probieren anderer Paare individuelle angepasst. Probe und Tausch auf der Piste Dank leihschuhe war kein Problem Gerne wieder bei der fam. Wohlfarter. Bleibt gesund. Great service, super friendly and patient. Prices are also totally fine. Were very well advised. We rented skis and bought ski boots there. These were individually adjusted after many attempts by other couples. Testing and swapping on the slopes was no problem thanks to rental shoes Gladly again with the family. Wohlfarter. Stay healthy.

Wurde zu einer Brille sehr lustlos „beraten“ - als ich dann unglücklich zurück gekommen bin, weil die Brille um 120€ nicht passt, hieß es erst ich soll morgen wieder kommen, weil dann der Chef da ist. Als ich am nächsten Morgen im Geschäft stand, konnte / wollte der Chef nicht mit mir sprechen sondern ließ nur ausrichten dass eine Rückgabe nicht möglich sei. Unfortunately totally dissatisfied. I was "advised" on glasses very listlessly - when I came back unhappily because the glasses didn't fit for €120, I was told I should come back tomorrow because the boss will be there. When I was in the shop the next morning, the boss couldn't / didn't want to speak to me and only said that a return was not possible.

Den Ski-Jacken meiner Töchter, die wir von zu Hause mitgebracht hatten, fehlte es leider an den entscheidenden Stellen an Taschen für die Skipässe. Das Team von Wohlfarter hat so lange gesucht und gebastelt, bis wir eine optimale Lösung gefunden haben. Tolles Sportgeschäft! Übrigens, dafür wollten sie nicht mal Geld sehen. So etwas gibt es selten! Had a super nice experience at Intersport Wohlfarter. All very friendly and competent! The ski jackets of my daughters, which we had brought from home, unfortunately lacked pockets for the ski passes in the crucial places. The Wohlfarter team searched and tinkered until we found an optimal solution. Great sports shop! By the way, they didn't even want to see money for that. There is seldom something like this!

Leider hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nicht auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen wurde. Wir wurden förmlich zum Kauf gedrängt und der Verkäufer wurde unhöflich, als wir uns gegen einen Kauf entschieden haben. Schade, so sollte Kundenservice nicht aussehen. It's a small, neat shop. The selection of ski boots and skis for sale is really small. Unfortunately, I had the feeling that our wishes and needs were not addressed. We were literally pushed to buy and the salesperson got rude when we decided not to buy. It's a shame, that's not what customer service should look like.
K	Katherina Esslinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super netter Service. Hab mich noch nie so gut zur Skiausrüstung beraten gefühlt wie hier. Die normalen Schuhe können hier auch direkt gelagert werden, sodass man beim Skischuhe ausleihen direkt weiter zur Piste konnte und nicht nochmal zum Auto zurück muss. Super nice service. I've never felt so well advised on ski equipment as here. The normal shoes can also be stored directly here, so that when you rent ski boots you can go straight to the slopes and don't have to go back to the car.
