Da ich aus Graz bin und das Autohaus in Wien ansässig ist, wurden alle wesentlichen Punkte per Telefon und E-Mail abgewickelt. Bei der Abholung des Fahrzeuges, welche an einem Samstag Vormittag erfolgte, wurde mein am Telefon gewonnener positiver Eindruck nochmals übertroffen. Das Autohaus macht einen hervorragenden Eindruck und Herr Singh (Leiter der Niederlassung) ist ein Profi in seinem Geschäft. Ich kann daher das Autohaus Schmidt Premium Cars ohne bedenken nur jedem empfehlen, sofern ein passendes Fahrzeug vorhanden ist!!! Last week I bought a 1 year old Audi Q3 at the Schmidt Premium Cars dealership from Mr Singh. Since I'm from Graz and the dealership is based in Vienna, all essential points were handled by phone and email. When I picked up the vehicle on a Saturday morning, the positive impression I made on the phone was exceeded again. The dealership makes an excellent impression and Mr Singh (branch manager) is a professional in his business. I can therefore recommend the Autohaus Schmidt Premium Cars to everyone without hesitation, as long as a suitable vehicle is available!

Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht, die Beratung und das Kundenservice war allererste Sahne, die Atmosphäre entspannt und freundlich. Die Kundenbetreuung durch Frau Erses hat voll meine Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar noch übertroffen, da auch 'Nebensachen' wie Finanzierung, Versicherung und Anmeldung - trotz einiger kleinen Stolpersteine - rasch und unbürokratisch erledigt wurden. Von mir vollste Empfehlung. Und ja, wo ich mein nächstes gebrauchtes Premium Car kaufen werde, weis ich jetzt schon. When a 'new used car' was due, a long-time friend recommended me to this new dealership. I was not disappointed, the advice and customer service was top notch, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The customer care provided by Ms. Erses fully met my expectations and even exceeded them, as 'minor matters' such as financing, insurance and registration - despite a few small stumbling blocks - were dealt with quickly and unbureaucratically. Fullest recommendation from me. And yes, I already know where I will buy my next used premium car.
