E	Elli M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unseriöse bist zum geht nicht mehr. Habe anscheinend am 20.01.22 beim Hofer geparkt von 08:21 - 21:34. Nur komisch ist das ich um 09:00 einen Termin beim Arzt hatte und den ganzen Tag unterwegs war. Rechnung wird nicht bezahlt! Und wenn sich diese Situation nicht klären lässt werde ich nicht zögern rechtlich dagegen vorzugehen. Vor so einem unseriösen Haufen werde ich nicht den Kopf hinhalten! Dubious are no longer possible. Apparently I parked at the Hofer on 01/20/22 from 08:21 - 21:34. The only strange thing is that I had an appointment with the doctor at 09:00 and was out all day. Invoice is not paid! And if this situation cannot be clarified, I will not hesitate to take legal action against it. I will not hold my head in front of such a dubious bunch!
B	BOSS 40 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRECHHEIT!!! Ich habe ein Ticket ins auto hingelegt und es war an diesem Tag sehr windig, dadurch ist das Ticket weggeflogen. Ich habe es überhaupt nichtmal bemerkt.Die Mitarbeiter wissen es auch das es am diesem Tag sehr windig war.Ich bin fast jeden Tag dort mit meinem Auto. Per mail habe ich das an die Firma aufgeklärt und die haben ja überhaupt kein Verständnis. Es gibt nicht mal eine Telefonnummer wo man die Anrufen kann. Einfach eine Frechheit von denen. CHEEK!!! I drive my car there almost every day. I explained this to the company by email and they have absolutely no understanding. There isn't even a phone number to call. Just cheek of them.

Antwort :Wir bitten Sie daher höflich den offenen Betrag unter Angabe der 12-stelligen Belegnummer umgehend zur Einzahlung zu bringen. Bei Nichtzahlung muss nach Ablauf der 14-tägigen Zahlfrist lt. Ersatzbeleg, eine kostenpflichtige Zulassungserhebung bei der zuständigen Behörde veranlasst werden und es folgt die Weiterleitung an ein Inkassobüro. N	Nadine Seiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War mir wegen der Parkordnung nicht sicher, da ortsunkundig, hab einen Park Control Mitarbeiter aufgesucht und mich EXTRA VORHER erkundigt, ob es in Ordnung ist, wenn ich dort für meinen Anlass parke. "ja vorne ist ok, ist kein Problem" - und zack, Strafzettel, 75 Euro!! Park & Control kontaktiert, verständnislos, uneinsichtig, nicht kulant, (Pech gehabt, weil ich e nicht beweisen kann, dass ich ihren Mitarbeiter vorher gefragt habe) in weiterer Folge hat man einfach nicht mehr reagiert und auch meine E-Mails nicht mehr beantwortet. Ich habe eine Woche später die Strafe bezahlt weil es mir zu blöd war auf eine Antwort zu warten. Und noch besser - 7 Tage später flattert ein Inkasso ins Haus! Doppelte Rechnung! Einfach nur unfair und komplett unprofessionell! I wasn't sure about the parking regulations because I wasn't familiar with the area, so I went to see a Park Control employee and asked EXTRA BEFORE if it was okay if I parked there for my event. "Yes, the front is ok, no problem" - and boom, ticket, 75 euros!! Contacted Park & Control, uncomprehending, unreasonable, not accommodating, (bad luck because I can't prove that I asked their employee before) as a result, they simply stopped responding and my e-mails were no longer answered. I paid the fine a week later because I couldn't wait for an answer. And even better - 7 days later a collection flutters into the house! Double bill! Just unfair and completely unprofessional!
D	Dominik Bekesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter warten bis jemand parkt und sobald du ausgestiegen bist und zum Automaten gehst ein Ticket kaufen bestrafen sie dich. Kurz gesagt ist es garnicht möglich legal zu parken weil man nicht mal ein Ticket kaufen kann. Die bestrafen einen sofort. Mein Bruder der Polizist ist und auch dabei war hat alles mitbekommen und auch notiert, trotzdem hat der Mitarbeiter frech de Strafe gegeben und obwohl wir ein Ticket kaufen. So viele schlechte Bewertungen und die Firma lebt noch, echt absurd wenn man von illegalen Aktivitäten lebt als Firma. My brother, who is a police officer and was there too, noticed everything and made a note of it, but the employee cheekily gave the punishment, even though we bought a ticket. So many bad reviews and the company is still alive, really absurd when you make a living from illegal activities as a company.

I had a valid ticket which unfortunately felt on the driver seat, don't really know why, and I got 3 tickets in a week. It seems the first three days ticket was there, the next three it felt (wind probably). I explained I had the ticket, I can prove it with my bank statement because I payed with my credit card and I can even show them my last 5 tickets for good faith. They do not care, pay 75 EUR 3 times, that' was their reaction. So that means 225 EUR. For me, this is abuse, they don't care that you can prove, they just want to take your money. Oh, yes, added to the fine is the valid ticket cost for the week. I actually taped the ticket I bought today to the dashboard of the car.
