Mit Frau Walter hat Mini Donaustadt eine sehr kompetente Beraterin, bei der man immer das Gefühl hat, fair beraten zu werden und nicht nur einen Kaufabschluss zu bekommen. Sie teilt einen mit, was möglich ist und was eben auch nicht. Wo Sonne ist, ist auch Schatten. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unser MINI Cabrio, dass es genau so toll ist wie die Verkaufsberatung. The joy of mini driving starts here already with the purchase. With Ms. Walter, Mini Donaustadt has a very competent consultant, with whom one always has the feeling of being given fair advice and not just getting a purchase. She tells you what's possible and what's not. Where there is sun is also shadow. We are already looking forward to our MINI Convertible, that it is just as great as the sales advice.

Ich war wirklich "angefressen" aber diese Art der Kulanz war einfach TOP! My complaint was 100% recognized after a personal conversation and repaired quickly and FREE of charge. I was really "pissed off" but this kind of goodwill was just great!

Tipp des Mitarbeiters, brauchen Sie in der Waschstraße nicht mehr abmontieren. In der Waschstraße wurde mir beim 1x die komplette Antenne rausgerissen. Heute am 28.12.2021 sagte man mir am Telefon, macht knapp 350 Euro die Reparatur! Ist mein zweiter Mini Cabrio... nächster Wagen vielleicht doch was anderes. Vielleicht eine Marke die auch für den Kunden da ist und nicht nur die Schuld beim Kunden (Der Antennenfuß war sicher schon beschädigt - Diagnose per Telefon) sucht... On December 16, 21, I bought a new antenna for my mini convertible for just under 25 euros from BMW / Mini 1220 Vienna. Tip from the employee, you no longer need to dismantle in the car wash. In the car wash, my entire antenna was torn out during one time. Today on December 28th, 2021 I was told on the phone that the repair would be just under 350 euros! Is my second mini convertible ... next car maybe something else. Perhaps a brand that is also there for the customer and is not only looking for the customer to blame (the antenna base was certainly already damaged - diagnosis by phone) ...
A	Alexander Lehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 20.2.2021 eine Probefahrt mit einem Mini SE gemacht. Nette Beratung, aber (wie üblich) beim ersten Gespräch keine Einigung über den Preis geschafft. Der Herr wollte noch mit seiner Kollegin sprechen und mich in den nächsten Tagen kontaktieren damit wir einen Preis finden können der uns beiden recht ist. 20 Tage späte habe ich noch immer nichts vom 'Verkäufer' gehört. Habe ich mir ein Auto bei einem anderen Händler gekauft. Man legt dort anscheinend keinen Wert auf über 40000 € Took a test drive with a Mini SE on February 20th, 2021. Nice advice, but (as usual) no agreement on the price at the first meeting. The gentleman wanted to speak to his colleague and contact me in the next few days so that we can find a price that is right for both of us. 20 days later I still haven't heard from the 'seller'. I bought a car from another dealer. Apparently they don't value more than € 40,000 there
