Here are a few advice. 1- book your ticket in advance. 2- do the full tour but audio this way you are not rush with a group and take your time to tour. 3- go up the hill and have a coffee and enjoy the beautiful views of Vienna. Sadly you can’t take any pictures or video inside the place. I don’t understand why since many castles and palace you can.
