o	olive b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le 30/01 vers les 14h30 Pas grand monde donc pas d'attente, prix dans la norme sur les lieux touristiques. Chocolat chaud et un gâteau Mozart correct 30/01 around 2:30 p.m. Not many people so no waiting, price in the norm on tourist places. Hot chocolate and a decent Mozart cake

Die heiße Schokolade (für die Wasser anstatt von Milch verwendet wird) um 5,70€ ist nicht trinkbar. Ein Seitl Bier um 4,70€.. Selbst schuld. Da sollte man vorher auf die Preise achten... Werde in Zukunft einen großen Bogen um diesen Betrieb machen... Leider eine große Enttäuschung in der sonst so tollen Wiener-Kaffeehaus Kultur. I don't usually write bad reviews. But with this quality, unfortunately, there is no other way. The hot chocolate (which uses water instead of milk) at €5.70 is undrinkable. A side beer for €4.70.. own fault. You should check the prices first... Will give this company a wide berth in the future... Unfortunately a big disappointment in the otherwise great Viennese coffee house culture.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars it’s because they give you access to the bathroom (which you have to pay for). There aren’t many options nearby so adjust your schedule so you can eat elsewhere.

I really don't recommend this place because the employees are very inexperienced (they don't even know the official German to speak properly, and they also know nothing about English for the food they serve or simply don't want to share knowledge with you) and unkind without wanting to tell you help. I'm sure the prices would not be such a problem if the employees were a little more pleasant and professional.

I’m not sure what issue is with all the reviewers talking about rude staff- our server was nice, accommodating, and had a great sense of humor. Service was quick and attentive. Selection is a little limited, but that’s expected for a tourist attraction cafe.
