C	Christian Beyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden bereits beim betreten abfällig von der Verkäuferin gemustert, entweder weil die Schuhe vom Wandern leicht staubig waren oder weil wir nicht finanzkräftig genug erschienen - wer weiß. Nachdem ich mir einige Hosen anschauen und die ausgepreiste Ware fotografieren wollte, um mir später im Hotel mit ausreichend Abstand Gedanken über eine Entscheidung zu machen, wurde man pampig und dass das fotografieren nicht erlaubt wäre. Danach verließen wir den Laden und die Absicht etwas zu erwerben erlosch. Nochmal werde ich den Laden nicht betreten. As soon as we entered, we were dismissed by the saleswoman, either because the shoes were slightly dusty from hiking or because we didn't seem financially strong enough - who knows. After I looked at some trousers and wanted to take photos of the priced goods in order to think about a decision later in the hotel with sufficient distance, one became puffy and that photography would not be allowed. After that we left the shop and the intention to buy something ceased. I won't go into the shop again.

Zeit für Beratung, individuelle Anpassung und Korrekturen genommen, Wahnsinn - Und Das OHNE AUFPREIS! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Schuhen - zudem gab es kostenlose Leihschuhe bis zur Abholung der neuen Schuhe. Insofern, maximale Empfehlung, gerne jederzeit wieder. Bought ski boots. Outstanding and very personable advice from Otti. Did a total of 3 hours over two days! Take the time for advice, individual adjustments and corrections, amazing - and that WITHOUT EXTRA CHARGE! I am very satisfied with the shoes - there were also free loan shoes until the new shoes were picked up. In this respect, maximum recommendation, gladly again at any time.

Kinder sind absolut nicht gerne gesehen und erst recht nicht mit Kinderwagen. Die Bedienung ist sehr von oben herab. Betritt man den Laden mit anderen Tüten wird neues Personal schon vor potentiellen Ladendieben gewarnt. Krönung ist, dass man nach dem bezahlen der Ware beim Hinausgehen gefragt wird, ob man sich sicher sei alles bezahlt zu haben. Unfortunately, even the nice selection of clothes doesn't make up for the way customers are treated here. Children are absolutely not welcomed and certainly not with strollers. The operation is very condescending. If you enter the shop with other bags, new staff is warned of potential shoplifters. The icing on the cake is that after paying for the goods, when you go out you are asked whether you are sure that you have paid for everything.
