Und das zu einem wirklich fairen Kurs! Der Laden ist in jeder Beziehung einfach nur zu empfehlen! Great, competent and extremely friendly service! My brakes were straightened overnight so that I could go on tour again the next morning. And at a really fair price! The store can only be recommended in every respect!

Der äußerst hilfsbereite Mechanik hat mir sogar aus seinem privaten Besitz einen nicht vorrätig Bremshebel geliehen. Jeder, der weiß was es bedeutet nicht an Teile zu kommen, würde wahrscheinlich wie ich am liebsten 10 Sterne vergeben. Danke nochmal für eure Hilfe liebes BIWAK Team Best shop in the world! The whole team immediately devoted themselves to my bike and a solution to my problem was quickly found. The extremely helpful mechanics even lent me a brake lever that was not in stock from his private possession. Anyone who knows what it means to not get parts would probably like me to give 10 stars. Super Service, wir haben alle notwendigen Utensilien mitbekommen und wir konnten unsere Bikes auch über Nacht im Laden aufladen. Die Bikes waren alle super gewartet und neuestes Material. Jederzeit wieder. We were one of the first guests in Nauders in 2021 and we immediately received 5 e-bikes from Biwak Nauders. Great service, we got all the necessary utensils and we were able to charge our bikes in the store overnight. The bikes were all very well maintained and the latest equipment. Any time.

Wenn es um Reklamationen geht, wird dem Kunden nicht geglaubt und dem Ganzen nur ungern nachgegangen. Sehr mühsam!!! Ich werde hier zukünftig weder etwas ausleihen noch kaufen! The rental bike was unfortunately not adjusted at all according to the weight information etc. ... The enduro was anything but easy to ride (due to the bad adjustment !!). When it comes to complaints, the customer is not believed and the whole thing is reluctant to pursue. Very troublesome! I will neither rent nor buy anything here in the future!

Der neue Hinterrad-Bremsgeber war in einer Stunde installiert und das zu einen richtig fairen Kurs. BIWAK ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. An das Team der Werkstatt meinen Dank und an Samuel auch Dankeschön für die Wheelie Show vor der Türe. Sensationell ???
