Durch einen Bekannten kamen wir mit Fr. Kogler in Kontakt, die uns ein "Rundumsorglospaket" vermittelte. Es folgte eine Top-Beratung zu möglichen Varianten mit Aufschlüsselung von Vor- und Nachteilen, Wertfindung sowie vielen förderlichen Hinweise, an die wir definitiv nicht ohne Hilfe von Viste Immobilien gedacht hätten. Regelmäßige Briefings und schließlich eine rasche Umsetzung unseres Anliegens erschienen dann schon fast wie eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir mussten eigentlich nur noch den Mietvertrag unterschreiben, den Rest erledigte Fr. Kogler fachkundig zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Professioneller geht es wohl kaum. Das ist tatsächlich "Rundum sorglos"!! After the death of a relative, we were faced with a choice: either a reasonable rental or a sale of the apartment. Through a friend we came into contact with Ms. Kogler, who arranged an "all-round carefree package" for us. This was followed by top advice on possible variants with a breakdown of advantages and disadvantages, value determination and many helpful tips that we definitely would not have thought of without the help of Viste Immobilien. Regular briefings and, finally, a rapid implementation of our concerns almost seemed like a matter of course. All we had to do was sign the rental contract, and Ms. Kogler took care of the rest to our complete satisfaction. It couldn't be more professional. That is actually "completely carefree" !!
