★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unseriöser Bauträger der nach Erstellung des Kaufangebotes den Verkaufspreis mal eben um fast 50.000 € erhöht, mit der Begründung, er würde eine bessere Bauausführung liefern. Den Nachweis, worin denn die bessere Ausstattung besteht, bleibt er schuldig.
Wenn die Bauausführung genauso unseriös wie die Preisgestaltung ist, dann gute Nacht und viel Glück für die Kunden von Residence Wohnbau.
Robert Bosch, der Gründer der Firma Bosch hat einmal gesagt: "ich verliere lieber Geld als das Vertrauen meiner Kunden". Bei der Residence Wohnbau GmbH scheint das umgekehrt zu gelten.
