Obwohl ich gesagt habe dass ich keine Hilfe brauche, ist die Verkäuferin trotzdem neben mir gestanden, hat mich beobachtet und ist mir sehr auffällig gefolgt. Hab mich desswegen sehr unwohl gefühlt, dass ich gegangen bin ohne zu probieren oder zu kaufen, obwohl mir einige Schuhe gefallen hätten. Es ist ja gut Hilfe anzubieten aber ein "nein" muss akzeptiert werden. Das gilt auch für die zweite Filiale auf der Mariahilferstraße. Schade Unfortunately, very annoying sales staff. Even though I said I didn't need any help, the saleswoman stood next to me, watched me and followed me very conspicuously. Because of that I felt very uncomfortable that I left without trying or buying, although I would have liked some shoes. It is good to offer help, but a "no" must be accepted. This also applies to the second branch on Mariahilferstrasse. Pity

Die Damen im Verkauf sind Schuhprofis und sehr freundlich. Ich kaufe nur bei Salamander. I really enjoy going to Salamander. I like the shoe fashion. For me, salamander shoes have the highest level of comfort. The ladies on sale are shoe professionals and very friendly. I only buy from Salamander.
J	Jim My on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menschenleeres Geschäft, ganze 3 Verkauferinnen die nicht wissen was sie gearde tun sollen, Ich habe vor kurzem ein paar Schuhe gekauft, war leider ein grosser Fehler, Ich wurde zur Filialelleitung weiter vermittelt die meinte nur mit einer Rechnung könne ich die Schuhe umtauschen, Ich hatte nur einen Kontoauszug, als ich fündig wurde wartete ich ganze 45 min damit irgendwas passiert, jeder wäre da sauer! Ich fragte bei einer sehr schlecht deutsch sprechende Dame vorne im Foto, die blonde ist die Leitung ob ich morgen wieder kommen solle da ich schon eine halbe Ewigkeit warte , so etwas freches unkompetentes habe ich in meinem leben nicht erlebt , ich setze in dieser Lokalität nie wieder einen Fuß, Salamander Schuhe die in 3 wochen kaputt gehen hätte ich mir nicht gedacht! Deserted shop, 3 saleswomen who don't know what to do, I recently bought a pair of shoes unfortunately it was a big mistake I was referred to the branch manager who said I could only exchange the shoes with an invoice, I only had a bank statement, when I found what I was looking for, I waited a whole 45 minutes for something to happen, everyone would be pissed! I asked a very bad German-speaking lady in the front of the photo, the blonde is the line, if I should come back tomorrow because I've been waiting for half an eternity, I've never experienced anything so cheeky and incompetent in my life, I never sit in this location one foot again I would not have thought of Salamander shoes that would break in 3 weeks!

Ladies working there are so unfriendly, lady who helped me out with shoes started completely ignoring me when I said I don’t want to buy shoes I was trying out (tried out only one pair of shoes!) It was so bad she didn’t even say goodbye or anything Then I’ve asked another lady about some other shoes and she was so annoyed that I dare to ask her anything! Never going back there again
